Customer service is everything, and this UPS store, particularly Akshay Kshetrapal, did a fantastic job making my transaction smooth and quick. I was in a rush and a panic shipping items that were mistakenly sent to me to rightful owners in need 1200 miles away. He treated my emergency (or rather the emergency of the rightful owners) with the utmost importance. Thanks to his compassion and work ethic, everyone is happy.
