I had to return Frontier Communications equipment for an account that wasn't mine. First time so I wasn't sure how to go about it. Frontier sent me a QR code and said take it to UPS. I picked this store and the young man who helped me knew exactly what to do. He was professional, efficient and pleasant.

My UPS Store is the BEST! The Manager, Theresa Grant and the Staff are AMAZING! Always helpful..always courteous..always quick and efficient! They are my lifeline to the outside world..being elderly I cant walk and shop much anymore so online shopping keeps me independent. As with many things that are NOT what they should be RETURNS are inevitable! I feel most fortunate to have the 4411 Bee Ridge Rd store as my go to! Thank you ALL!

This past Saturday, I went to UPS store to return an Amazon package (first time ever)
By the time I left the store I felt like I had received a scolding lIke a child for not handing the package over the counter correctly. Correct me if I am wrong but aren't the people working there the experts and shouldnt they have assisted me instead of making me feel bad. Both women working felt the need to tell me how poorly I had done, even when the person not assisting me had a customer of her own.
Some customer service training is definitely in order.

Super friendly and great service. Very fast/ no wait time. Helped with choosing packacing and packaged item for us. Fair pricing. Highly recommend this UPS. The girl was awesome. This is the best UPS/shipping place in the area.
(I can't stand the lines at US postal service and their prices aren't even good, never using them again)
