Just left this place and although I got all my things done I certainly did not feel welcome there. I felt rushed and no smiles or friendly faces. I felt like I was an inconvenience to the person helping me. I used to work and managed a UPS store for 13 years and I know it can be stressful sometimes but that never stopped me from being friendly with customers. Not sure that I’ll be going to this store again which is unfortunate because it’s convenient.

Simply outrageous. Requested UPS ground, instead it was shipped through USPS, by this UPS office. Without telling me. So, instead of the package taking 3-4 days with UPS, it's now predicted to take 8 days. Double the length of time. Misleading, and NOT the service I requested. If I wanted to use USPS, I would have gone there directly. This is not why I have a UPS business account.

There is a person in this store very rude, named Chad! I sent several days a package ( bc I didn’t have a big box home, usually I do that as pick up schedule ) to one of my customers for a birthday party which happen to be on September 15! He messed up the address and unfortunately I signed bc I didn’t have my glasses that day( just an fyi I wrote the address to him so he couldn’t miss ). The package returned and he said I needed to pay again and not guaranteed for the 15th, with his fault and on the top of that he offended me -“ next time bring your glasses with you” ! Besides this review I’m going to complain to the Ups as well for the treatment I received!

The employees are quite pleasant. However, there is no wifi or cell reception in the building so you cannot pull up the QR code on your phone for Amazon returns. Recommend taking a screen shot before going there. MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO GET WIFI IN THE BUILDING AS THIS IS A NEED TO BE ABLE TO PROCESS AMAZON RETURNS.

Easy peasey place to mail packages or process amazon returns. Professional and efficient staff. Around the holidays, it can get super busy. So patience must be applied to the staff, they're doing their level best.

The employees at this location are so kind and go above and beyond. I personally witnessed them assisting people with boxes and emails among other things. Chad is so wonderful and has great customer service.

5 people waiting, couldn't believe I got out of there in 2 minutes, outstanding people working that particular store.

Paid $70 for 2nd day air and over a week later my package is not delivered. Chad won't take responsibility as "he's not UPS", UPS won't refund the money because Chad created a label too late in the day - they didn't get our package until the day it was set to arrive. Chad lied and said they had it and weather delayed. No one takes responsibility. Ship at your own risk.

ABOVE AND BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The owner here is absolutely incredible. She went above and beyond to help me when UPS and the company I ordered my items from completely refused to help. I cannot thank Laura and her team enough!!
