I went in for a quick amazon return, and was assisted by an employee with a very condescending tone, he asked if it was the first time I’ve returned something… I found this unnecessary and rude for a simple interaction.

We have been going to this UPS store for a while now, since we live in Golfgate Woods. The owners are wonderful & TINA has always taken great care of my wife & myself... She is wonderful, always helpful professional and efficient!!!

On Saturday 4/20/24 in the afternoon my wife went in to mail a package by USPS. The woman behind the counter was very rude (I assume was the owner) and did not really show any interest in helping her. My wife was told that if she did not like the way she was being treated she should "GO TO THE POST OFFICE" and then she disappeared into the back. A gentleman (I assume the husband) helped my wife. Not sure who these people were as they were not wearing name tags. I would not recommend using this place. The UPS Store at 8388 S. Tamiami Trail in S. Sarasota. As for the number of Stars would give them less if I could. Jeff and Linda Barron
