If I could give zero stars for the customer service, I would. I realize it is the last half hour of your shift on a Friday, but if you are open until 6pm then the courteous customer service should extend to that time. When I walked in with a question about a USPS package that was dropped off, one employee was too busy to even look up from what he was doing to sincerely acknowledge my question and the other employee was silent. The only answer I received was "That is a USPS problem not ours." No further attempt to help AT ALL and almost irritated that I asked the question. Even if there is nothing they could do about it, I would appreciate a more sincere attempt to care or provide some guidance on how to solve it. I have had good experience to this point with the store, but the two employees there tonight should have a better attitude toward customer service regardless of the question or time during business hours. This is your job.

Rude is putting it nicelyAll round disgusted peeps representing your store. I can’t even explain. I can’t even call him a gentleman. Someone seriously needs to look at the store and it’s company. Employees disrespectful hatred never going back.

The staff at this UPS makes it feel like a local neighborhood shop instead of a corporate chain store. Peter and the staff makes the store feel like the Cheers for shippoing packages. A place where everybdy knows your name and often has our mail from our mailbox ready for us when we walk in.

Having been coming in at least weekly for nearly three years, the negative reviews do not match my experience. Especially as a female. Bill is kind and professional. Peter adds warmth and is a great conversationalist! The crew is always helpful, and we utilize this location for our business mail as well as mailing packages and even the so-called dreaded Amazon returns. We have moved 30 minutes away, but decided to stay with this location because of the customer service!

I always try and come to this store for Amazon returns and shipping things in general. The gentleman that always seems to assist me is very kind, quick and knowledgeable, especially when I ask for recommendations on what type of box to ship the item in and what the best method of shipping is. Not sure what the bad reviews are about because I've never had a negative experience at this location.

The people working in this store must hate their jobs. No greeting, dead eye stare, no thank you. Answer the phone when processing your order and make you wait. Must not be much fun to work a job you can't stand. They don't even pretend to care one way or the other.

This is a great store open after hours which is very convenient. Updated review: There is a man who works here who is rude and disrespectful towards women. My previous review was 5 stars. I see from other reviews I'm not the only female he is condescending towards!

I went into this store to return my Amazon items. I had six items to send back. I came prepared with the QR code for each and each item in their bag. The store was empty when I walked in and a man behind the counter….seemed tall with white hair, a white male. He wasn’t thrilled when he saw me with my Amazon returns. I was pleasant and polite. He still seemed annoyed and was not friendly at all. He started processing the returns and then he says “you could have just put all the returns under one”. I didn’t even know I could do that and that what I told him. He then goes on to say well it shows it right there when you do it on Amazon. Ok again I didn’t realize. A man entered into the store and he must have known him because he was all friendly and said a comment ….you’ll have to wait till I finish all this and gives a smirk to the guy. I felt like this man either hates women or is just miserable at his job. He made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. He made me feel even worse when I saw him smirking with the other man. It felt like he was discriminating against me. I left there and now it’s been months. I’ve never gone back because of how he made me feel and the experience never left my mind. To ensure he never treats another woman like this again…I have decided to report this to the BBB. Part of working in customer service is being kind to customers who were kind to you. I was never u kind to this man and surly did not deserve the rude remarks, faces and comments. I will never go back!

Very rude always with attitude employees ! Except for one younger boy . Older man with gray hair always looks like he hates working there and he hates customer service. Not sure why he is there cuz he makes the visit so unwelcoming and gives you this look like why the hell are you here for . So unbelievably unprofessional!!! we returned all the packages to Amazon and then the Amazon says that we haven’t so we called them. We have seven days. If not, then I have to go back to them to see what happened. Feels like nobody wants to do their job there . So disappointing! 0 stars !

This is a very convenient location but I REFUSE to ever use this location ever again. The service here is the absolute worst I’ve ever experienced. I worked for ups 41 years and I’m sure our founders would roll over in their grave knowing that the ups logo is used for such POOR service. The young kids are great but the older guy is just plain rude. I dropped off Amazon returns and he couldn’t be bothered asking me which label was which and so my returns went to the wrong locations. It doesn’t cost a dime to be nice. Stay clear of this location!!!!!

I had an item shipped from Colorado to Bradenton, paid for 2 day service-never came at the promised time. Now they tell me probably no refund cuz it's not guaranteed.This is a crappy way to do customer service. This company sucks

I took two items in to be mailed to two, different places. One was a large rug and the other was a medium-sized box. They were to be returned to Macy's and Rugs.com. The person working got the shipping labels reversed and both items were mailed to the wrong places. Rugs.com got the Macy's package while Macy's said they never received the rug. Luckily, Rugs.com got ahold of us and sent an email showing they received the Macy's package instead of the rug. We called the UPS store repeatedly (left several messages) and the owner wouldn't return our calls. Once we got ahold of her, she was rude and said, "how do I know you didn't put the wrong labels on the wrong items"...??? We sat there and watched an associate attach the return labels but didn't think it was our job to make sure the associate got the correct label on the correct item. No apology from the owner. She said she would refund the cost of the rug (which disappeared) but didn't. Should have looked at the reviews beforehand.***Here's the email we received from Rugs.com***Dear C,Thank you for contacting us. Regarding with your returns, it shows that the item that was delivered to us is a wrong item. Google shows that the place closes at 6.30. I went in at 6.10 and the worker said that they were already closed at 6.
