I finally found something that is less used than a turn signal on a BMW, it's the phone at the Sarasota Ringling Post Office. I bet that phone has inches of dust on it because it's never been used.

Clowns. They make you buy a roll of tape for two strips. I’ll do whatever I need to do to avoid using USPS in the future. Trying to make a few extra dollars instead of being decent. UPS and FedEx going forward

My package was supposed to be delivered at my Airbnb rental (guests took the keys with them and mailed them back to the address). The driver failed to deliver it, marking the house as vacant, probably because the mailbox was full of advertisements that they endlessly staff inside! As soon as I checked the tracking information, I tried calling the post office on their direct number, nobody was picking up the phone and it's been over an hour.

Our local post office is in my opinion displays the most professional attitude and service...my local mail delivery person is friendly, helpful, and goes above and beyond duty to insure prompt and 5 star level service...head and heels above fed ex, ups, and Amazon

My package was guaranteed to be here by Saturday. They did follow the delivery instructions and stated there were no instructions given. After contacting the shipper they showed me the instructions were included. The USPS carrier decided. It to follow the instructions and the package in now delayed for a couple more days in which I will be in a different city. USPS please do better and read instructions for delivery.

They are typically very helpful. When people expect the folks at the counter to have all the answers the people get rude and beligerant. Nobody doing any job should put up with that and customers don't like it when they deservedly get it back. It's mail and very little of it is that important..

I went there in an attempt to resolve a mailing issue I had and was received with sarcasm and rude commenting from DAVE. I went to the counter to explain I was expecting 4 packages from eBay, however the seller did not include my apt number. The day before a wonderfully helpful woman retrieved one of the packages in the back. But today DAVE’s responses were, “well I’m not the mail carrier so I don’t know where your package is.” “It’s not my fault the seller didn’t put the apt number.” I stopped for a second and said, “DAVE do you think these responses are helping?” He actually said, “no” so I said “THEN WHY DO YOU KEEP GIVING SMARTASS ANSWERS?! Please help me resolve this, he said “ok give me your address and I’ll look in the over 300 packages we have.” And then told me if it’s found it will be given to the mail carrier.
I don’t know what is wrong with humanity. It’s your job and if you don’t like it then change it.

Y’all please I can’t stress this enough y'all enjoy ur job right?! Please do right by the people, scan there packages and mail accordingly and accurately. I get furious when I pay extra money to have tracking and my stuff doesn’t get updated as it should. I appreciate the ones who take the job seriously. Its just taking the extra step y'all is what’s important.

today I went to the Ringling Post office to make a complaint as my check, from my work, had not arrived. I have informed delivered and the Picture of the check was posted and was supposed to to be delivered Friday. Their answer was: “that does not meen that has to be delivered Friday” “ it could be delivered in 5 days” it is weird that 3 Mails that was supposed to be delivered, which I have the pic, only one actually made it. No good customer service or accountability. So disappointed

It’s a typical large post office. The doors closest to the counter (left side) seem to be permanently closed so you have to walk to the doors at the other end of the building (right side) to get in then walk back to the right side to go to the counter.
