However, some issues have been noted, such as mail being placed in the wrong boxes and maintenance staff improperly handling customers' mail. Additionally, the location is often understaffed, leading to long lines, and the self-service form holders are not always stocked. Despite these challenges, the USPS remains committed to providing reliable and affordable delivery services to its customers.

Many thanks to supervisor at this USPS location. He helped trace a package with documents sent to me by an educational institution from overseas.
The shipping address on the package had errors, thanks to supervisor's effort the package was rerouted and delivered to the correct address.

If I could give this place less stars I would.. all post offices are absolute hellish but this one is ridiculous, and they have a drop off box that is suppose to be open until 5PM while they had all their lights off at 4:30 with nobody there and the drop box closed. New management is necessary or at least someone who cares.

Never had even one problem with the post office. Most people have no idea how lucky we are to have it. Most countries have no reliable delivery service, especially not for a reasonable price.
