There are two persistent issues at this USPS distribution center that urgently require higher-level oversight and corrective action.
First, the local carriers in this area consistently disregard clearly communicated delivery instructions. Despite repeated requests not to leave packages under my roadside mailbox—a location plainly visible to passersby—carriers routinely deposit parcels there instead of delivering them to my secured gate as instructed. This negligent practice exposes customers’ property to unnecessary risk of theft. Moreover, when I complete redelivery forms through official USPS channels, my requests are simply ignored. As a result, I am forced to disrupt my professional schedule to visit this facility in person to retrieve items that should have been delivered properly in the first place.
Second, this location does not provide a 24/7 dropbox. The only available dropbox is located behind a gate that closes promptly at 4 PM. This is remarkably inconvenient for working professionals who rely on after-hours access to send time-sensitive packages.
USPS is funded through both taxpayer dollars and individual shipping fees. The chronic lack of attention to basic customer service, accountability, and operational detail at this facility is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the USPS as an institution.

If I could give a negative 1000 rating, I would. When I call my local post office it rings until someone picks up and disconnects me. I have tried calling the post office several times and they will not answer their phones. They pick the call up and then they disconnect it. I have been trying for the past five years to get the postman to quit jamming packages and leaving them hanging out halfway from our mailbox. Our front door is only a few steps away and if a package is large, it should NOT be crammed in our small mailbox, but put on our porch. I have had many items damaged from The postman jamming our items in the mailbox along with mail. He has ruined very important documents in addition to cramming Expensive clothing items into our small mailbox because he is too lazy to put the large packages on our porch like he should! Enough is Enough!!!!!

I received notification that my package was delivered, but unfortunately I did not receive it. I called this location and spoke to a very nice gentleman. He took my info and told me to check back in a few days if it still didn’t arrive. I spoke to our delivery person the next day, she diligently looked around our complex post boxes and still did not find it. She instructed me to call again. I called and spoke to the same kind gentleman, Jim. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND in my opinion. He found the package that was delivered to a sister complex and personally delivered it to me. Customer service at its BEST! Thank you so much!!!

I received a package but the key to the parcel locker didn’t work. I called the post office at Palmer Ranch Circle, a lady worker mentioned to our mail guy about my issue. I opened my mailbox today after work and I saw the mailman’s note that the key works . I tried over and over and followed his instructions, unfortunately the key still doesn’t work. It’s so frustrating that I can’t open my package which has been sitting inside the parcel locker. I responded to the mailman’s note that the key didn’t work. I hope he’ll change the locker key tomorrow.

This place is just another prime example of lazy federal workers and why government can't do anything right. Have had a package sitting there for 3 days with no change of status. Notably, the package is going to another facility a mere 15 miles away...and it is not even Christmas!

There is an outside 24 hour US mailbox to drop off the mail your sending, and it's locked behind a fence when the PO is closed. Senseless place!!!!
