If you already have labels and you need to drop off packages, this might be a good destination, but if you need to buy any postage, yeah, or need to use a QR Code to mail off anything right? This is not the facility to use, right? This is not yet intended for regular customers

The USPS Manasota Processing Center operates with a self-service system, but I received excellent support from the staff. Debbie and another team member were incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive. They guided me through the shipping steps, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident using the kiosk.
Even though it’s a mostly automated process, the human support made all the difference. Everything was fast, efficient, and well-organized.
I’m very happy with the experience and highly recommend this USPS location!

Nope! I had a certified letter processed thru this contractor and it was never delivered to me. I had it investigated just to be told that this facilities sorting machine aye my rent check. Now I'm being evicted. Thanks

I have a piece of mail in the Location for already 10 days just sitting there. No one from the post office can help me. I have had 2-3 sets of case numbers to track this mail and nothing found.Each time the tracking numbers say it has been resolved, when it;s not. They can't locate my mail, when it says it's the disburation center. I paid for a certified mail receipt, good thing. It was sent to Las Veags, and never dilivered , and sent back here, I am waiting for my mail. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP.!!!!!!
