I enjoy walking around even though most of the things are way out of my price range so fun to walk around and explore even if I don't buy one thing lol I miss the mall that used to be by me It was more affordable such a shame as this whole town has become and so sad

Great shopping area. Many restaurants to choose from, shops to browse. One can spend the day munching and walking.
But, seriously, blaring music in the parking lot?? I had to take a call, so I exited the store. There was NOwhere one could get away from the pop-y blare of music. Please, no one visits the mall the hang out and listen to the speaker music in parking lot. Maybe get creative and play the sounds of birds, crickets, wind or nothing.

During the Christmas/Hannukah Season the UTC Mall has an outside music and coordinated light show every half hour from 6:30 to 9:30 PM. On Saturdays at 9 PM is a very impressive firework show coordinated with the music and lights. Come a half hour early. It is all free but there's an impressive crowd. Well worth it!

Way overcrowded, stores and restaurants are typical chain. Nothing unique. Lots of show and not much go.

It’s a beautiful time of the year to enjoy this area. The lights are fascinating and very unique, such as the lighted rowing figurines. You get a glimpse of it just as you get off the ramp to the extreme right. Off course the traffic is another story, but at nights, the area puts you in the festive mood with the dozens of decorated trees that line university parkway❤️❤️❤️. The mall is there, restaurants, a super target etc.
