Terrible store, set up phone wrong, lied about VET discount, created 4 fraudulent lines, would not correct. Go to a real Verizon store not the franchise on Clark and Beneva, they are a joke!

When I walked in Brisn greeted me right away and 5 minutes later was been helped by him. He was very knowledgeable and patient. The only complaint i would have is being there 3 hours and Brian helping other customers because it was busy and low staffed.

This is the worst Verizon ever. I’ve had a family plan for like 20 years or more and that’s the only reason I still have Verizon. I went in the Clark Rd store because my watch wasn’t working with my phone. No one in the store even could help me because they had no idea. They literally dialed a number for me and stuck my phone in my hand and left me sitting there. I don’t know why you wouldn’t hire people that know what they’re doing it doesn’t make sense to me.

Thank you Jonathan and the rest of the team for your help today with upgrading my phone! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and sat down with Jonathan to start the process. I decided to go with an iPhone 15 pro so I was brought the different color options they had in stock. We went through the process of setting up the phone and once that was complete, we had to wait for all of the data to transfer from my old phone to the new one. Jonathan helped me to pick out a case, screen protector and fast charging power brick. He then meticulously installed my screen protector. The data transfer took about an hour. During my time waiting for the transfer to finish, I noticed the team working together to help other customers that were in the store. I was pleased to notice how courteous and efficient they were. As someone who has previously managed a staff, it was nice to notice their collective effort. Especially after some of the subpar service I’ve had at other Verizon locations in the past. Once the transfer was finished, we made sure that the new phone was activated with a test call and I was asked to take my time and make sure my apps and preferences were transferred correctly. Thank you Jonathan and the rest of the team for taking care of me today!!!
