I had a fantastic experience at the Verizon store thanks to Shayna! She was incredibly patient while answering all my questions and never once showed frustration, even when I threw a bunch at her. Her sense of humor made the whole process enjoyable, and her kindness really stood out. If you need help with anything at Verizon, definitely ask for Shayna!

Thank you SO much to Dylan!!! Literally the BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced I my life!!! He took the time to explain everything to me, no pressure, and even followed up with me without even prompting to make sure everything was good because we got stuck late after the store closed and he wanted to make sure everyone was good. It’s always so stressful getting a new phone, new phone company but Dylan made this completely stress free. I literally can’t say enough good about his customer service. THANK YOU DYLAN!!!

I'm new to Sarasota and this was the only Verizon store I could find that I was close to, and I'm so glad I did! Alex (Alexandra) helped me upgrade my phone and gave me such an amazing experience! Not only was she very polite and professional, but she was also completely honest and upfront about any/all hidden fees that I might encounter. She was very down to earth and easy to talk to. Not once did I feel like she was trying to sell me on something that I didn't need. I will honestly go back to that store just to see her again! She was very helpful! I've been in customer service for over 20 years, and I was blown away by how incredible she was. Alex definitely deserves a raise or something. If I was the manager at that store, I would not let her go! We need more salespeople like her in the world. I wish I knew her last name so I can help you identify her. She was definitely a breath of fresh air. Thank you for everything, Alex!

I recently moved to Sarasota. I had an accident with my phone, and needed to get a new one. During the move I lost every one of my passwords. I was devastated, mostly about pics I had stupidly not backed up in the cloud. Your employee, a young man named Conor assured me he would do whatever he possibly could to get all my information back. After trying numerous things, he found all my email accounts, and app info!! I am so grateful. Most would have given up long before Conor did! And he was patient and kind throughout. Very happy customer!

UPDATE 12/10/24 went back into the store to try and get this resolved, and they wasted another hour of my time, talking in circles and lying to my face. Not only were they unable to make it right I was given the runaround and they have now taken payment for services not provided.
My entire family switched from AT&T to Verizon. Huge mistake. We spent hours in the store and they never even managed to send me the Apple Watch that I was supposed to get free and we’ve been paying a monthly service charge for.

Verizon is known for good customer service, but not at this store. Chad and Colbey two I don’t give an f mentality guys. I called Verizon customer service as advised just to be told that in fact I could’ve returned the modem to ANY store. Why waste my time? Because Colby and Chad don’t want to do their job. 👍🏻 At least customer service over the phone and chat in Verizon is good.

Terrible. Have to wait in line for an hour just to hand them a phone for a 3 minute discussion. I should not have to deal with this at a Verizon corporate store.

I recently purchased new service at the Verizon Store and was excited to make the switch. However, transferring my number from my previous carrier turned into a four-day headache, marked by frustration with Verizon's online and telephone customer support. Each time I reached out, I was bounced from one rep to another with no real solutions—until I went back to the store and met Alvin.
Alvin was incredible. He took the time to dig into the technical issues, calmly explaining each step of the process, ensuring I understood the challenges, and tirelessly working through the hold-ups in transferring my number. He genuinely wanted to help me get back online and didn’t give up until every issue was resolved. I walked out of the store refreshed, with my new service fully active, thanks to his knowledge, patience, and commitment to getting it right. If you need assistance, I highly recommend seeking out Alvin—he made all the difference!

Verizon Msg: we have successfully added the loyalty promotion of 20% off to your plan thankyou and they Knocked off the 40$ extra added charge a month for the internet box that didn't work in my zip code. Call them...bill from 150 to 180 to $260 when I left Kasey and Alvin. Now we are down to 160$$$ Scammers..
I just received a letter in the mail From Verizon. Saying I THREATENED Employees????!!!!!!??? Please would love the video of this.. Ha I promise yall are BROKEN. PLEASE PROVIDE ME WITH THE AUDIO VIDEO!!!! I'm a hot head but never did. Anyone reading this get paperwork they are scammers!!!!

Dylan helped me with a new Verizon phone.He is the best .Great asset to Verizon.He is so knowledgeable.He has the best attitude and really motivated me to purchase more Verizon products I will continue to use Verizon although your rates are higher because Verizon with Dylan and his excellent service makes me want to return to the Verizon store.I am one happy customer!

We went in to get all new phones for the family. Alvin was very through and showed us all our options. We took a while to decide what we wanted but he never made us feel rushed. I will say the employee that was helping us at first just seemed like he wanted to make the sale, so I was happy when Alvin took over! We were there 45 minutes after they closed but they never acted like it!! Great experience!
