I discovered the glory of pet wash stations (I tell my dog he is having a spa day) and I love not having to bend over a tub or in the shower due to a bad back. The first two washes were great! Clean, sanitized, fresh towels, and a clean store. Today I took my dog to the "spa" and it was disgusting! The towels smelled very rancid (mix of sour and wet dog) and you could tell that the wash basins had not been cleaned. Dog hair covered everything and flew everywhere when I shook out the rolled up towel. I tried 4 different towels, and all were horrible smelling and covered in hair. After I paid, I noticed the floors on the way out were absolutely nasty. There were two store associates there and both were sitting down behind the counter chatting. Ii don't know if there is new management or new associates, but this store has deteriorated within the 3 months I have been going. I will be finding another store with wash basins.

Always very helpful ! They care about customers and their pets! They offer discounts and many types of food for dogs, including raw, freeze dried, and kibble.

They were very nice to us and we appreciate that they give rabies shots and other vaccines at a good price. Every other Saturday vaccines and the rabies was $30. We are elderly and disabled so I thank you for getting us chairs as we can not stand long.

Fish department was disgusting, ich, fin rot, dying fish in most of the filthy aquariums! Meanwhile employees joking around on their phones! Will never go to this particular store again.

ABSOLUTELY THE MOST UNETHICAL PET STORE! They sold me a PREGNANT GUINEA PIG! I purchased two and they said they were both females after checking the sex. One is a male who impregnated the female before I purchased them. They refuse to pay the vet bill and refused to offer me another cage because I have to separate the male from the female. Terrible!!!! Oh but they did offer to take the female back! Ha! My daughter is already attached! Why so they could sell those babies too and make a profit! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!

store is nice but need new or different kind of dryer for dog wash station! was so loud my dog went almost into full blown siesure! awful! shame on you. for a pet Care center to have one like that is beyond me!!!!!

Their cashiers are ridiculously rude the one I had today actually threw the receipt at me thank God she didn’t throw the money back. And this isn’t the first time but this one definitely was the rudest.Bailey i’ll avoid her from now on.And I just have to say I don’t think I can say any of them has ever said thank you when you hand them the money I think they need a new training program Especially one that teaches you to say Thank You (thank you for your business)

I was very impressed with customer service to day Chad not only helped me with my rewards program I earned my free bag of food that was quite heavy he went in the back and picked it up for me he then also carried it to my car. I also have been asking for some frozen food for my other dog and the store is now having it completely stocked very very happy customer service is excellent well done Chad

Prices aren't bad. The staff was friendly. But the betta fish seem a bit stressed, I was walking past when I noticed some of them were trying to sit in a small corner of the cups away from the air pump, that seems to be bothering them badly. I see another review mentions the care of the betta also.

I've been buying from this store for a long time. It's clean and has a good rewards program. However, I have issues with the lack of care for about 25 beta fish. I've told them twice that half are dead and others are sick. Storing them in tiny cups with no care at all is cruel. If you're going to sell pets, take care of them while they're in your care.
