“I have only been to a few different Nutrition/Vitamin shops, but this one has blown the others out of the water by far. When I first walked in, John and I exchanged pleasant greetings. I was immediately impressed by his great physique that in a vacuum with no other context could be easily mistaken for a 25 year old. His incredible mustache and sideburns also gave me a strong sense of a high testosterone level. However, unlike some common stereotypes, John was extremely kind as well as knowledgeable. I am confident by clearly communicating your goals with whoever is behind the counter, regardless of where you might be on your fitness journey, they will give you a regimen that is realistic and appropriate for you. Of course we always have to put in the work, but I am confident John can tell anyone how to get where they want to be regardless of gender, age, or anything else. He gave me just the right amount of information to digest without overwhelming me which is easy to do with nutrition and fitness. John was a wonderful source of information and wisdom. We had a great conversation and he generously offered me helpful samples of one or two products to consider. I felt no pressure to buy anything I did not want and he allowed me to use their machine to measure my body fat, water weight, bone mass, body fat percentage, basal metabolic rate, and more. This data will be super helpful to guide me going forward and the ability to track progress over time is super exciting. I am only being slightly hyperbolic when I say that if I ever move away I will consider flying back into Sarasota just to see John and continue being a customer here. In my opinion, this is the best place to go for your nutrition and fitness supplement needs.
EDIT: Adding onto my review to say I came in for the second time and saw great results from the creatine supplement and fitness advice John gave me. He set the bar super high and it was shattered again after meeting the manager, Matt, and the owner, Toby. Everyone I’ve met, including the other customers have been so nice. The team here has provided me such incredible help it’s impossible to put into words. I’m not sure they noticed, but I was almost choking up over how caring they were over my personal health and the recommendations and samples they gave me for my grandparents. If you believe that health is wealth I am begging you to please come to this shop. Whether you want to just browse for five minutes or spend an hour creating a complete meal plan and fitness regimen, I am convinced the staff will be able to accommodate you. Earlier in this review, I said that I’d be willing to fly to continue being a customer. Fortunately, for me they said they can ship their products. I am becoming more and more convinced that this is the best nutrition shop on the planet and they have earned my business for the rest of my life.”
