Needed to pick up a prescription and was told that it could not be filled, because they were closing in 20 minutes. Even though the order was put in earlier. Then made up the excuse that they didn’t know how to do it.

This Walgreens location is saving my life. My medication is on a major national shortage and is not available near me in Clearwater at all. I had to call multiple different locations. Most wouldn’t tell me their stock until my doctor sent my script in but others were more willing to let me know. This location was nice enough to tell me they had my meds in stock and allowed me to push my script with my doctor to this location and thus getting it filled. Although a long trip from Clearwater, this location saved me from being without my medication for what could be weeks. Very nice people, very helpful!

I pulled in at 8:02 PM to pickup a prescription. The closed sign was up, they had closed 2 minutes earlier. There were people walking around yet nobody would talk to me let alone even make eye contact. I called my doctor and had him send the prescription to Amazon who had it delivered the next day. The next time someone tells me that Amazon is killing small businesses., I'll remind them, It's a small businesses killing themselves.
