I stood at the Fed Ex Onsite counter for 10 minutes waiting for someone to help me. No one acknowledged my existence. I may have well have been invisible. Someone should have let me know that the service is not available. Not left me to stand there. Do not advertise a service if you are not going to provide it.

The employee John is the rudest and most resistant person.
Today at 3:20pm I spoke in a very bad way to a woman with her two babies just for not listening well.
He always has a very bad face.
Employee John is a terrible employee for the store.

The service at this place is horrible, I arrived at 10 pm to look for milk for my newborn baby, when I arrived the formulas were locked and we looked for the manager and she said I lost the keys I can't do anything 👎 very bad service and very bad how they express themselves to the clients.

I pulled up at 8:02 to pickup a prescription. The closed sign was up however they just closed 2 minutes earlier. People were still walking around and completely ignored me. Not even a "I'm so sorry, we can't help you". They wouldn't even make eye contact. I had my Dr send the prescription to Amazon Pharmacy and they delivered it the next day. Now, when I hear a retail outlet complain about Amazon ruining their business I'll just site this example. It's not Amazon, it's the retail business just giving it away.

I've been buying in that place for more than 5 years, and lately they beginning to be so rough and rude.. they need a better customer service... even the cashier for all the time always be so nice is getting g bad too... is a pity...

The black manager at the Walgreens was so rude and refused use service we were trying to get gifts for our nieces birthday and refused to help us with the birthday cards ontop of that she was slow and refused us service. I would never go there again. I would like Walgreens to investigate why they would hire someone like that. By the way I’m black mad I’m writing this review

Went in before work to print some photos off of my phone for my best friends bridal shower thinking it would be a quick process. Told me it would be an hour to print 10 photos even though 3 people were in the store. Manager Jessica stormed off from speaking, rudely, with a customer at the checkout and completely ignored me when I tried to ask her a question. Called back the next morning to see if my photos were done as I never received confirmation. The man who answered the phone was so rude and said “well did you get confirmation they were done?”. I told him since I put the photos in the previous afternoon they should be done by now. He hung up on me and I never received any information regarding my photos. So, last minute I had to call a different Walgreens who, thankfully, had WAY better customer service. If you need a Walgreens find a different one because this one is so below par on every aspect of customer service.

Showed up for a scheduled vaccine, with the idiots running Walgreens confirming the appointment by email and text. Showed up and their pharmacy has been closed for two days! The employees were nice and frustrated that many customers had appointments and were not told that it was closed.
You would think that the Walgreens would not waste your time and inform you that they had no pharmacist in the location.
Go to CVS, better service and not run by idiots.

In this place a person named Yvette works, this worker talks to customers in a very bad way and does not smile at all, and if you ask her for help, she is not happy when she helps find some things that any customer might need. She makes her eyes wide eyed at you and gives attitude same time when she speaks to make you feel scared. A verrrry uncomfortable store!

Cary is very RUDE and IMPATIENT to customers who are paying. Why did you hire someone like him for a customer-service role? Can management please fire or re-train him?

Just to check on testing kit availability I tried calling the local number. Still got an automated computer who didn't understand my request but refused to let me talk to someone. Fine then, don't take my business
