As I said I am forgiving. I am still upset they sold my wife Sudafed when my text specifically requested Zyrtec D. They would not honor the exchange or refund even though I had the receipt. I think the proper action would have been to simply honor the mistake and give me the proper medicine and they did not have to accept the medicine I brought back. That would have been the Gimbals thing to do. However, some time has passed so I am changing my review from 1 star to 4 stars. On the same day they made me by the product twice the young lady at the front of the store saw my white cane and was quick to help me buy a Roblox gift card in time before Xmas. I appreciate the assistance as I am vision impaired. Walgreens has nice products and my wife likes to get Christmas cards made there. Happy New Year.

Day after hurricane Milton. I needed a prescription and had to drive a long way to get it. Then they close early. No text messages, no nothing. They didn't update their web site.

****Parents BEWARE***The pharmacie is either not open, not showing the right opening hours on google or there is simply no pharmacist to fill prescription.
We needed antibiotics for our daughter and between the lack of staff or « lunch breaks » it took over 24 hours for us to get our prescription.
One day when a child doesn’t get medical assistance and collapses due to their lack of staff an interesting lawsuit will occur.
Shame on Walgreens.

Very disappointed in the pharmacy!!! I expected better care and compassion. My dad has lung and kidney cancer he needs his meds even if you say it's just Zofran and nystatin swish and swallow. What happened to the days when the pharmacist is the one could count on to pick up the phone and call when a prescription wasn't written correctly. My dad has suffered with vomiting for a week and half before I was able to get it somewhere else. His mouth is full of yeast and can't eat and hasn't for 4 days!!! People get you eyes off the computers. We are people not words on a screen. Our whole family will never shop at this Walgreens ever again!

Very disappointed in this Walgreens I placed a photo order for same day pickup and it’s been well over 5hours and still nothing on my photo order so I call the store and some young man answers and I ask and all he said was it should be ready by tomorrow like are you freaking kidding me this is ridiculous why I need a manager because this is unacceptable

Without notice of any kind Walgreens decided to STOP AUTOMATIC REFILLS and notifications. I have a neurological diseaseI that affects my memory among many other problems, and I expected all of my medication except maybe the narcotic ones to be automatically refilled and get notifications One they are ready to be picked up or deliver .I didn’t realize it wasn’t until today when I will run out of medication on Tuesday!! Luckily, I won’t run out on Sunday or Christmas day.! Good thing! But why wasn’t I notified by email text voicemail when I constantly do get every ridiculous amount of messages, calls and text when a prescription is ready. Was it too much for them to send us any kind of notification saying that they weren’t doing this anymore?!?!? Customer service in so many businesses is failing these days But medication that people rely on and need is pretty damn important. Walgreens, Cut your expenses somewhere else???

You call and call and call the store parade several different times all you get is a damn automated service end the music playing no one ever answers the phone at the store and they wonder why they don't get paid good too damn lazy to pick up the phone but it'll text on the phone all day long in the Rudy's bunch of people I ever met

Arrived at 8:50pm tonight because the hours posted online and on the literal front door of the store said they close at 10pm. The store was completely closed when I got there and no one would answer the phone even though I saw an older blonde woman standing near the front register when I left. Wasted my gas to get there hoping to buy an important medicine for a health issue I have. Why even have hours posted if you're just going to close whenever you feel like it.
