Very disappointed in this Walgreens I placed a photo order for same day pickup and it’s been well over 5hours and still nothing on my photo order so I call the store and some young man answers and I ask and all he said was it should be ready by tomorrow like are you freaking kidding me this is ridiculous why I need a manager because this is unacceptable

Without notice of any kind Walgreens decided to STOP AUTOMATIC REFILLS and notifications. I have a neurological diseaseI that affects my memory among many other problems, and I expected all of my medication except maybe the narcotic ones to be automatically refilled and get notifications One they are ready to be picked up or deliver .I didn’t realize it wasn’t until today when I will run out of medication on Tuesday!! Luckily, I won’t run out on Sunday or Christmas day.! Good thing! But why wasn’t I notified by email text voicemail when I constantly do get every ridiculous amount of messages, calls and text when a prescription is ready. Was it too much for them to send us any kind of notification saying that they weren’t doing this anymore?!?!? Customer service in so many businesses is failing these days But medication that people rely on and need is pretty damn important. Walgreens, Cut your expenses somewhere else???

You call and call and call the store parade several different times all you get is a damn automated service end the music playing no one ever answers the phone at the store and they wonder why they don't get paid good too damn lazy to pick up the phone but it'll text on the phone all day long in the Rudy's bunch of people I ever met

Arrived at 8:50pm tonight because the hours posted online and on the literal front door of the store said they close at 10pm. The store was completely closed when I got there and no one would answer the phone even though I saw an older blonde woman standing near the front register when I left. Wasted my gas to get there hoping to buy an important medicine for a health issue I have. Why even have hours posted if you're just going to close whenever you feel like it.

We are on vacation, and this was the only pharmacy we could find that stayed open. My husband went into afib, and we needed meds. The sweet pharmacist went above and beyond to help us out. I was so grateful she was willing to help us!

Tahisha, I’ve never put my hand over my mouth in a clutch my pearls kinda way. But watching you be so Obscenely rude to an old woman who was simply asking for help retrieving photos at the photo counter was upsetting!This old woman had a bald head from cancer and could barely stand so she was supporting herself on the counter tahisha you told her to move away from the side of the counter so rudely. You have no respect for elders. No respect for humans. No customer service. I’m so disappointed that you are a manager. I’m disappointed in your associate’s and employers. This woman pointed to where her photos where you snapped snidely and made her feel like scum of the earth in front of a bunch of people. She waited an hour for three photos in her weakened state. Prior to this she Asked her neighbor for a ride to take her . and this very well could have been a big mission for someone in her health condition. Shame on you.

The associate named Catherine was so helpful in finding what I needed to get. She was very polite and respectful and welcomed me with a warm smile!

Expect a very very long wait picking up and dropping off prescriptions. The pharmacy is always understaffed and is pre occupied giving shots instead of dispensing medication. It's worth the drive to switch to a different pharmacy and save yourself the headache of trying to drop off or pick up a prescription.

Horrible experience. I was unable to purchase cold medicine in the pharmacy due to their computer being down and manager Donnie was unhelpful.

You know I’ve spent thousands of dollars with the Walgreens corporation over the years.. thousands… I’m 47 years old…. Went to the local Walgreens today that I’ve frequented for around 15 years now. I was carded for cigarettes. At 47 years old there is not a chance in the world I could be mistaken for under 18 years old. I think the simple fact that I was not allowed to buy cigarettes and had to walk to the liquor store to buy them (without issue btw) tells me it’s time to boycott this establishment. Walgreens doesn’t want or need my money and I think they don’t want or need yours either. Good riddance.

Forget calling this place. On hold for ever. 20 minutes in drive thru to pick up a prescription very common.

0 clue what they are doing!!! 1 simple question led out to a full out fight. 9.99 for 6 pills and 9.99 for 12 pills. They make up thier own prices. So if I got 1 pill 9.99 vacation to hawai 9.99. None of the managers know jack. I'm calling thier Corp next.

Pharmacy puts you on hold for 45+ minutes. 20+ minutes in drive through for an order that’s “ready for pickup” Horrible service. Save the time and stress, avoid this Walgreens.
