I wish I would’ve read the reviews before dealing with this pharmacy. I have always used Walgreens pharmacy as far back as I can remember. They were always helpful, nice, and knowledgeable. Until I moved to Florida last year and moved my prescriptions to this Walgreens. The ABSOLUTE worst customer service I have experienced and I work in customer service. My first bad experience aside from their terrible attitudes, was when I went to pick up a prescription for my daughter that was called in for her after a hospital visit. She needed the prescription so when it was ready, I lined up behind another vehicle in the drive thru line. They took awhile with the car in front of me but it was no big deal. I waited maybe about 5 minutes. When I finally got to the window they quickly put the “CLOSED” sign in the drive thru window. They then told me I would have to wait until the following day even though I was already in line waiting. The pharmacist looked at me angrily and said “no we’re closed”. How do you close when you already had customers waiting? I get you want to go home but I was there on time and you take care of the customers FIRST!!!! You know since that is your job. The next bad incident was due to me having to call the pharmacy about my refill. The guy who answered told me that everything is done in the app so that they are not having to deal with those issues on the phone. Well SIR that’s good and fine I didn’t want to call but in the APP it told me to call regarding this medication. He told me I had no more refills but in the APP it stated that I still had 2 refills remaining. He was rude the entire time we were on the phone and then hung up on me because clearly I was wasting his time by calling. All that to say that if you can find another pharmacy, DO IT!!!! After all of that, I switched even though I have been a lifelong Walgreens pharmacy customer. Believe me, they are miserable people. If you hate your job that bad….QUIT!!!!!

Called three times during different hours to see why my prescription was delayed; was put on hold for 20 minutes which they ultimately hung up after those 3 times. Called again 2 days after and was hung up twice! By far, the most incompetent pharmacy I’ve ever experienced. Need better pharmacy employees who actually know what they’re doing.

Well stocked but a real problem to check out at. I had a sale item with the price marked on it and they refused to honor it without me entering a phone number. Today I went to buy a non tobacco non alcohol item and they refused to sell it to me without a photo ID. I'm 75.

Pharmacy staff never answer the phone. Was on hold for over 2 hours! Better to just go there in person if you want to get anything done!

Getting some one on the phone takes forever and then they hang up on you. They really need to hire competent staff in this place.

Avoid this pharmacy! One star is too many. Why does each transaction take 10 minutes or longer? I have never waited so long to pick up 1 prescription. The drive thru is horrible, too. They lost my business!

Unable to get insulin that was essential to me for over a week. I had to go to another chain to obtain it. They have intentionally understaffed, the store and the wait times in the drive-thru are sometimes 40 minutes

I went in to Walgreens, Lockwood Ridge and University on Wednesday to pick up a prescription marked urgent, that a text told me was ready. The pharmacist said I wouldn't get it anywhere as it's name brand and everyone would be out. Later that day I got a text saying it was ready.I went in on Thursday to be told they wouldn't have the prescription until evening. I tried to get next day delivery online and couldn't. Today is Saturday. I got another message the script was ready. I have no transportation so again I ordered for delivery paid for the script, the delivery fee and a tip for the deliverer. It is not almost 7PM. The pharmacy is closed, I've been waiting here all day and I need my blood pressure med. I called and got a non person saying they can't help me. This is terrible service. I'm going to switch to another pharmacy. This is not the first time I've received the run-around from this pharmacy.

The pharmacy was closed at regular business hours when I first tried to pickup my prescription. Went back 2 hours later and they only had 1 out of the 3 orders I needed filled. The staff are also very unfriendly. I will use a different pharmacy going forward.

Pharmacy is AWFUL. Was on the phone waiting for over 20 mins and they just hung up on me. I have had a prescription that was due for a refill a week ago and can’t get in contact with anyone about why it is not filled. Awful service!!!

Absolutely terrible service. I came here with my family to get shots, 20 minutes early. Checked in via the QR code and sat down. A few minutes later the main pharmacist asked us to wait at the window which is odd vs. the Walgreens we normally go to, the staff is friendly, immediately acknowledge our presence and at the VERY LEAST tell us they will be with us. At this Walgreens, we sat after the main pharmacist told us to go to the window, which we did, waited and sat down. The pharmacy techs were running frantically when there were no customers in line. What the hell is wrong with management and staff? At least acknowledge a customers presence so we can get ready to come up to the window and provide our insurance information vs. sit there and wait while no one was in line. I’m well aware each person working today 11-16-2024 have things to do, yet, ad a former restaurant retail worker turned corporate; you’d expect better customer service. Absolutely terrible. The CEO and their underlings need to incorporate trainings for customer service. Pathetic.

WORST pharmacy EVER! Prepare to be line for 30 plus minutes at MIN. The girl takes your ID and debit card and gets on her phone and writes the info down. Goes on social media and makes the line back up just bc she doesn’t want to work. Had to get a new debit card bc of her. They legit ignore you whilst you sit there in your car and play on their phones. I’ve never seen them actually working, EVER. Currently in line behind one person, and the tray has not come open and it’s been nearly 20 minutes. I called the store to make sure the pharmacy was open since it’s 10am and the answer I got was “someone should be back there”. This is consistent. This is nearly every time. It’s not like they’re busy, I can see his phone from here and he’s on Tik tok. I’m now late for work, frustrated and I left my home with an hour to spare to allow to get my basic medicine. It’s 1034 and I’m now the one in front of the tray, ONE customer has been taken care of. Who knows when it will be my turn, but whoever is the manager of this pharmacy, you suck and you need to find a new job.
