Guy working stated he’s only been there today and he states my $5 was a fake I said you don’t have a pen to check it I got it from my bank so I know it’s good he stated sadly I don’t have one. They sale them there. I own a very small business and I even have one like c’mon. Dude was crumpling up bills to see if they sound the same and they all did. He’s gotta be on drugs or something. Unbelievable thank god I don’t go to this one. Walgreens check your money this guy is checking based on sound alone he might be stealing.

Just Called the pharmacy to return a call, while trying to describe my situation the woman at the pharmacy interjected and told me "there's nothing here for pickup for you" didn't even get a chance to tell her what was going on with the doctor, I'll take my business next door at Publix where I'm allowed to finish my sentences, I've lived around this area for 10 years and this walgreens has ALWAYS given me problems one way or another, I've been even shopping to get beer after 10 o clock and followed around the store like I was a minor to make sure I was IDed before I even got to the register. never coming here again

Stopped by on a Monday to pick up my 3 meds, and I was told that one of them was unavailable and they called it in for tomorrow. Okay that’s fine. Come Wednesday, Still no call from them. I call 30 minutes before closing and ask what’s going on. The pharmacist tells me that the reason I wasn’t notified that my meds were in was because I wasn’t signed up for text message alerts… what? I received an email about my other meds on Monday, so sounds like they dropped the ball and tried to blame it on me. So I let that go and say that I’ll come and get them to which she responds, “well, no, they’re not ready” 🤔 ok. The next morning, I’m notified that my meds are ready so I come to pick them up. On Monday the pharmacist that I spoke to, Steve, confirmed that the med I needed to pick up the next day was indeed $6.28 after my coupon that I received from my doctor. Today, Steve tells me that the total is somewhere around $53. I give him my coupon which he says actually raises the price. I tell him that he told me on Monday that it was in fact the amount on the coupon that I’m showing him today, he responds “it wasn’t me that you spoke to” how can you be so obtuse? Clearly, he is the only pharmacist that I have dealt with this week and I am one of very many customers that has probably come through since Monday. Then he tells me that it’s for 40 pills, I assumed I was only getting 2 so I thought OK I’ll take 40 pills for $53. After I got home I contacted my doctor and she confirmed that it was indeed intended to be 40 pills and was stunned they didn’t honor my coupon for that specific medication. Looks like Steve took advantage of me. Congratulations, Steve- hope you’re proud of the difference you’re making in the world 👏🏼

I stopped to pick up a prescription. I do not have insurance and the pharmacist that was working was so kind to give me a website and lowered my prescription by over the price. Very grateful for her (Lynda)

On hold for thirty minutes on the phone. Keep getting told over and over again: "There's 4 people ahead of you. Hold.". There were 4 people ahead of me 30 minutes ago. Next time it might be quicker to walk to the pharmacy from my house in a thunderstorm.

Sharon is a miserable person that should not work in customer service. I was in the store trying to look at Pokémon cards which they only had behind the counter. While I was trying to direct her in grabbing the packs of cards I wanted to see a line started building up behind me which caused her to say that I need to hurry up and she wasn’t going to show me any more cards even though I was literally only up at the counter for about 2 minutes at this point. She told me i needed to check out and go to the back of the line if I wasn’t done looking and pulled 2 packs I was looking at away from me. When I asked to speak to a manager she told me he was on break. I checked out and immediately called the store to talk to the manager which come to find out wasn’t on break, he was in the back she just didn’t want to get him because she knew she was in wrong. Try not being such a rude employee then you wouldn’t have to be scared to get your manager. People like her deserve to be fired. If you can’t handle a simple job like checking out people at a Walgreens counter then I feel sorry for you!

Per usual, the pharmacy was a total disaster. Doctors office called a script in. It was supposed to be ready in an hour. I called before I went to pick it up because I know better. Pharmacy said it would be ready in 30 minutes. I waited more than an hour to go get it. Arrived and was told TOMORROW!! That was waiting in line behind a bunch of people wanting vaccines. Are you a pharmacy or a clinic?!?! Moving all prescriptions from here. DONE with them!
