On hold for thirty minutes on the phone. Keep getting told over and over again: "There's 4 people ahead of you. Hold.". There were 4 people ahead of me 30 minutes ago. Next time it might be quicker to walk to the pharmacy from my house in a thunderstorm.

Sharon is a miserable person that should not work in customer service. I was in the store trying to look at Pokémon cards which they only had behind the counter. While I was trying to direct her in grabbing the packs of cards I wanted to see a line started building up behind me which caused her to say that I need to hurry up and she wasn’t going to show me any more cards even though I was literally only up at the counter for about 2 minutes at this point. She told me i needed to check out and go to the back of the line if I wasn’t done looking and pulled 2 packs I was looking at away from me. When I asked to speak to a manager she told me he was on break. I checked out and immediately called the store to talk to the manager which come to find out wasn’t on break, he was in the back she just didn’t want to get him because she knew she was in wrong. Try not being such a rude employee then you wouldn’t have to be scared to get your manager. People like her deserve to be fired. If you can’t handle a simple job like checking out people at a Walgreens counter then I feel sorry for you!

Per usual, the pharmacy was a total disaster. Doctors office called a script in. It was supposed to be ready in an hour. I called before I went to pick it up because I know better. Pharmacy said it would be ready in 30 minutes. I waited more than an hour to go get it. Arrived and was told TOMORROW!! That was waiting in line behind a bunch of people wanting vaccines. Are you a pharmacy or a clinic?!?! Moving all prescriptions from here. DONE with them!

Absolutely rudest pharmacist and pharmacy workers I have ever encountered. They don’t know the difference between the TD vaccine and the TDAP and then refused to just give me TD. Super rude and unorganized. Very unprofessional and frightening that they don’t know what vaccines are considering they should be educated

For 3 months I had to wait a week getting my meds. When I contacted my doc of 20 years they were so mad when they sent the prescription. I relied on the app. The app did not give me any updates. When I called I was told no one received the prescription. Today I went and mysteriously my script was available. Yet the app does not indicate anything. This happened three times. Does this happen with heart, stroke and diabetic patients? Thank God my parents go to CVS! I'm thinking of leaving Wallgreens all together! You obviously, cannot fill within the timeframe. The last time I was there you all laughed about it!!! I'll try CVS. I hear they are serious about making sure they get their customers meds on time!!! My parents are very pleased!!! I'm tired of being without of meds weeks!

WORSE PHARMACIST and pharmacy you will ever encounter. Rude and disrespectful. I will never be back to this pharmacy! The Walgreens on Clark and honore and Bahia vista and 41 are amazing! Don’t waste your time!

I love going to Walgreens. This is where I get my prescriptions. The place is always very friendly the person and people behind the desk always listen to what I have to say and answer my questions. The store itself at the location I go it's always very cold. Which is what I like. The bathrooms are always clean and neat. And most of the time my insurance covers my prescriptions. So I'm not paying anything out of pocket.

Here on vacation and had to pick up 2 prescriptions after going to urgent care. When I got there they told me it would be 30 mins-1 hour wait. Waited an hour and they said it would be another 20 minutes. I finally decided to get my Uber at 1:30 p (when the pharmacist goes on lunch). Once I was in the Uber and pulling away they notified me my prescription was ready.

Worst pharmacy! NEVER have scripts ready when they say they will. They text you and say it will be ready by 1:30pm the next day. At 8:00pm, the next day....still not ready! Happens all the time. Plus, some of the staff are quite rude...very snippy. Poor customer service! Not going back again....transferring all my meds, even if the cost is higher elsewhere.

Truly wish I could rate 0 stars. First time visit to this location on a Thursday morning for what I expected to be a quick prescription pickup at the pharmacy. Aja, the pharmacy tech had difficulty finding my profile and prescription in the system even though I frequent Walgreens pharmacy. I had to call my doctor’s office to have them re-send it over, which they had verified what time they did originally. I noticed while helping other guests, each were having issues with their insurance paying for their prescriptions this round. I wonder if it were coincidence or incompetency from inside the pharmacy. I finally make it back to the front of the line only to be told “It’s getting worked on” my visit totaled around an hour and 15 minutes, my prescription was not covered by insurance, which always picks up antibiotics but I was too exhausted to argue for a verification. I also felt the need to check the drug myself online to make sure I was even given the correct medication.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Employees are rude, don't follow up and that wait time to speak to someone is ridiculous!!! I will never go there again.

Rude employees. I stood in line at the pharmacy like everyone else the person who called me up was unable to help. I waited for the person who could who told need to get in line and she could help me. I explained that I already was in line. She told me she'll be with me in a few minutes. I wanted to make sure that she understood it as asking for so I just clarified so she wasn't going out of her way to prepare something that wasn't needed. I was met by Rudeness. I just left and was going to let it go until a customer at the photo department asked an employee for help and was also met with rudeness.

I pulled up 7 minutes before closing and only needed one thing. The older man working inside saw me and proceeded to immediately lock the door, before closing time.
