I stopped in at the last minute on my way out of town to get the battery replaced in my Volvo, and I was worried it was going to take forever. Nope—Murphy had me in and out in literally 10–15 minutes. He took great care of me, was super nice, and made the whole experience easy and stress-free.
I’ve never been to Batteries Plus before, but because of Murphy I’m officially a lifetime customer. Anytime I need a battery for anything, I’ll be coming here.
One suggestion for Batteries Plus: please update your system to allow customers to leave tips when paying with a credit card. I didn’t have cash on me, but I really wanted to tip Murphy for installing my battery and couldn’t. Batteries Plus—if you’re reading this—please make that change. Thank you!

I cannot recommend this location strongly enough. The you man who helped me went above and beyond to assist me. I was getting a key cut for my car under very challenging circumstances. But while I was there I witnessed he and the other young man working there assist a young lady service her car battery, an elderly widowed woman with her key fob battery and another gentleman who was searching for a solution for home lighting. The customer service was exceptional on all counts. I’d used them before but this experience was so exceptional I just had to leave a review. Thank you for being awesome and going the extra mile!!
