A 1 star is overrated, I couldn't reorder checks because first lady didn't know what I'm talking about, second guy also useless couldn't do it! Wow after 20 min , 2 lines, they couldn't figure it out, n was told to come back another day! Wow I'm not retired, they're very incompetent, n young Lady manager her attitude she didn't give a crap!
After 14 years, wow, you I was on Mars for nothing ..

Was refunded an amount and the company said to go there to cash the check. Because I wasn’t a member they charged me $7.50 to cash even though the check I was cashing was from a member. Wells Fargo is complete garbage.

This branch shortchanged me $2.00 when I withdrew $50 in quarters. For 2 months I talked to many people trying to get it back only to be denied. I told them I obviously wouldn't spend hours of my life trying to get $2 if it was a scheme. Didn't matter to them. I am now cancelling my direct deposit, closing my account, and leaving the worst ratings I possible can for this uncaring company. So hypocritical that they espouse "courtesy" on their signage when you walk in to their branches!!!

The 1 star is too generous. Submitting complaint to Wells Fargo Corporate including CEO. Rude, unprofessional branch manager and extremely poor customer service. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stood in line for 30mins while 4 people in the bank looking at us stand in line. Not one time did one person say a word to us .

This location is notorious for having a broken ATMs. It’s constantly down for repair. Which would be ok if the tellers inside weren’t agonizingly slow. Taking 10-15 mins for a simply withdrawal. If possible, save yourself time and frustration and use a different location. Frankly the people inside lack the ability to handle customers needs in a timely fashion, due to their own limitations.

Made a deposit for my boss. One was for cash and one for a very large sum check. Got back to work and realized my envelope only contained a receipt for the cash deposit. Returned with a copy of the check in order for them to find my original check and was finally presented with a deposit slip. Your tellers need a little more experience and/or training. I gave your bank 2 ⭐️ only bc the tellers were courteous during the process.

We just stopped by the landings to open a new account and they had four employees without any customers. They refused to open our account today because it was 4:40 pm and they were closing at 5pm. That is TERRIBLE customer service. If I could rate them a zero rating I would!

So I go into this Wells Fargo location with some documents, the papers which are from Wells Fargo state that they need to be signed and faxed to their headquarters. I was told by not one but two different bank tellers, that Wells Fargo cannot fax papers, even though I clearly explained that they were directly from Wells Fargo. One of the tellers even said that it was barbaric to fax papers nowadays, I explained that it's not my idea to fax them, it is written on the documents themselves.I then realized that it also said they could be scanned and emailed back to the headquarters, but the teller said that I would have to schedule an appointment and come back to have that taken care of. So I make a second trip down there, and upon being called back for my appointment, the banker said that they could in fact fax the documents, and he was unsure as to why in the world they would say that they cannot be faxed.I award you one star, as I cannot stand receiving false information and having my time wasted.
