The fraud department didn't want to refund me on charges that I didn't make because they put it thru a computer and didn't find any "fraud". But the charges were made in four different states on the same day at the same time. A monkey with socks for brains can see that's impossible for me to be in four states using my credit card unless I'm Superman. The bank reluctantly gave me the money back. But recently sent me a letter reversing my refund claiming there's no fraud because once again, it got put thru a computer and not them actually doing the investigating work to see why my credit card is being used in 4 different states on the same day and same time. Went on the phone with the fraud department again. They claim my credit card was "presented" each time. So instead of a light blub going off in their empty heads as to why my card is being "presented" in four different states on the same day and the same time, they rely on a damn computer to say what's fraud and what's not. I demanded my money back. So once again, they reluctantly reversed the charges again and supposedly closed the case. Also, I lost 13.5k to someone impersonating WellsFargo Bank and I gave them supporting evidence with phone numbers and last four digits of the scammers and hired detectives. Got a letter denying my refund. Probably put it through a computer again instead doing their job and investigate. I'm done with this Bank. Glad that I closed all accounts and credit cards. Best decision that I made.

Today was my second and final attempt and trying to bank at this location. I have never had a problem with this location until recently. Last week I tried to go and get something notarized for my kids school and was told because I didn’t have the student signature (who is 10) they couldn’t do it. I explained I have gotten several things for school notarized there for years and never a problem. I didn’t really have time to come back before school started. The lady who was helping me said sorry but would love to schedule an appointment. I responded with to get something notarized and said no thank you. I tried again today to go and get it done again. The same lady helped me but this time she said I would have to make an appointment as there was only one person there and they were busy. Funny because she was the person that was going to do the notarizing for me the other day but today I guess she is no longer able to. Sad I’m been going to that branch for years but will definitely not going back. Never had I had such a hard time trying to get a school paper notarized. Shame on them. Terrible customer service there.

Horrible, unprofessional bankers. I called the 866 number and had to go thru a digital chat then it referred me to customer service. Customer service put me on hold and sent me to another person. He could not assist me so I hung up and called my Wells Fargo local bank. Aterwards explaining the situation the person, said do you want me to connect you to the bank. I thought I called my local bank and they switched me over to a Call Center. I spent 43 minutes and got absolutely no where.

Attempted to open checking account using their $300 offer advertised online. The application was rejected, advised to visit branch. During my visit, access to the promotional "code" was not available, either via their website or bank officer. There was no means of obtaining the code, in which case if I opened an account at the branch, the "offer" would be null & void. Here we go again with this bank engaging in deceptive practices. Nice people, but little interest in securing the $20,000 I would have deposited.

Went in on a Friday around 4:30 to open a checking account. The banker was rude and said they could not help as they are closing at 5 and we would have to make an appointment to open a checking account. Took our business elsewhere

Really great place with nice bank tellers! Only thing that could improve is for the tellers to stop asking to insert a card all the time. We have been there many times over the last 6 months and they still ask for the card. Still a good bank

This place is a joke. Don't waste your time and money. I opened an account there 8 months ago. Started a business and wanted to open a business account. Jimmy Revis never called me back to do so. I ran into him at a lowes and he told me he called and couldn't leave messages. He's a liar! Never called, consequently couldn't leave a message. The bank tellers are fine the personal bankers are rude and lazy. And some woman approached me leaving there calling me names under her breath as if I can't hear her 10 feet away.. this is what to expect people.

Teller service is ok. Review is for branch advisors. Not great customer service, not really getting anything done, poor follow through, multiple visits to the branch just amounted to a big waste of time in the end.

Tellers were quick and nice. I was coming from out of town and needed checks printed since forgot checks at home. The tellers printed them so quickly and were so pleasant.
