Had a great experience at Walgreens today. The clerk was nice and kind. He was a younger kid with red hair. Absolutely made my day with how kind he was. Hope the manager gives him a bonus!!

On multiple occasions, they have rudest pharmacy staff I've ever encountered. Unprofessional and disrespectful. Have not had the any issues at other locations.

Flu shot appointment made. Paperwork completed before arrival. 30 minutes past appointment time for my flu shot o one waiting except me. I am now late for my next appointment. No sign of anyone prepared to administer my shot.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy staff I have ever come in contact with. So rude. I was told only two of the prescriptions for my burn was ready and to come back the next day to pick up the last one. Called to see if my last prescription was ready and they yelled at me saying there is nothing here for me. I told them what the prescription was and they said it is an over the counter drug. Waisted my time and money. Then I get there for the 3rd time to get it over the counter.. no such thing over the counter. It was prescription. Staff here needs to go back to school.

Tried their on line ship to store service. Four days later still waiting for confirmation email that goods have been sent to the store. Finally told items shipped so the process takes about one week. In this day and age where Amazon can deliver within two days, I cannot understand this delay. I will not use this service again.

Sadly, for whatever reason the pharmacy dept is so grossly understaffed and quite a few miserable employees make it a very unpleasant experience. The other day I was on pharmacy hold for a total of 8 minutes on the loop, then phone rang to the dept for another 5 min (timed on phone), someone then picked up and immediately hung up on me. I called the store manager, he seemed to care less too, but did pass me along to a technician. With the millions of profit dollars made by Walgreens and during our tourist season they'd step up their game? Uh no! I almost (I say almost) feel sorry for the rank and file because corporate policy makes their jobs miserable. When I was able to return to Walgreens for their drive thru convenience, I quickly realized it isn't worth the horrid service. Use anyone else.

I was thirsty a couple of days ago so I stopped by at the nearest Walgreens to get something to refresh myself. I picked my Powerade in a second and went to the cashier to pay for it. The line was pretty long because only one cashier worked while the store was kind of busy, so until I waited in line I opened my drink and started to drink, so when I was next in line and went to pay for it, the cashier gave me an attitude, and said I can not drink from it until I pay for it, what I would understand if they would work harder and actually do their job... Besides this little issue this place is fine, because the store is full with products.

Worst. Service. EVER. took over 2 hours to fill the script and waiting in line at the drive through pharmacy took over 10 minutes. Cars in line were all honking and the lady would just disappear and not come back for minutes at a time. so basically. not doing their jobs, its not rush hour

Always go to this Walgreens. The staff is always wonderful and I always find great deals. Convenient and fast the store is always clean as is the restrooms.
