Had an issue with my account and was told by a branch representative that they would take care of it. Well, they didn't and because of this my account was closed. I emailed and called the branch manager multiple times - no response. And because of the hold that was placed on my account, all of my bills that were set up on auto-pay were returned. I've incurred a multitude of fees because this bank didn't follow through with what they told me. Really what I needed at 8 months pregnant, Thanks Regions. Worst bank ever.

So much for personalized banking. Regions refuses to post their phone number ANYWHERE.... I don't need to speak to a customer service representative, I need to speak with somebody AT the actual bank. Apparently making me wait 15 minutes to speak with the headquarters is the only way to speak with someone at the actual bank. This is ridiculous. I could drive there faster.

Unbelievably slow service both in the drive though, and inside. They are extremely understaffed, with the tellers dealing with customers inside, and also having to attend to the line up in the drive through. Hardly anyone working in the offices there. Think this bank may be ready to close down.....

Slowest service ever. Lots of people working but not helping customers. Staff is unfriendly. Hate that this is the closest location to my work.
