I can’t believe I’m writing a review for a storage unit! I rented a climate controlled unit a few years ago and never gone back because it houses years of memorabilia, not stuff I need to get out and put back. BUT, I recently realized I needed a few items that are tucked away and then realized I don’t remember the gate code and can’t find the keys to the lock. So I contacted the manager. I honestly thought it was going to be a hassle to track down a person who could help me, but Robin replied to my email reply to a monthly billing receipt quickly and was not only extremely helpful, she went out of her way to help me on short notice due to the urgency in retrieving the items I needed. Then she called me to follow up and she couldn’t sound more cheerful and friendly on the phone! Shocking! You just don’t expect that anymore because her level of customer service is so rare.
So, a storage unit may be just a storage unit, but someone like Robin is rarity!

The customer service is wonderful, prices and deals are great compared to others, and one of the few 24 hour access sites anywhere out here. Do everything online. Definitely recommend!

Great online experience from sign up to rental. The only thing missing (and it really irked me) is that no where does it warn you about a lock fee. I have my own locks and there is not an option for that. That was the only negative during the entire experience.

24hr access. Nothing worse than not being able to get to my stuff bc what time it is . Gated and clean bathroom.

Kiosk system is very easy and efficient. All units on 1st floor with easy access. Experience so far has been excellent.
