Shout out to Laz in the UTC store! I lost one of the diamonds in my wedding band that was only three months old. She was able to find the order with very little information provided by my now, husband. She got my ring taken care of sent out to the jeweler to be repaired. She was kind and listened to my frustration without judgment. She got us taken care of in less than 10 minutes. Thank you Laz for your amazing customer service skills and your sweet demeanor.

I went to the store and found a ring i really liked. Unfortunately all of the rings are size 7. So I went home and ordered it in my size, waited the 2 weeks for it to come in, and finally excitedly went in to pick up my ring. The girl opened up the boxes and as I was about to say thank you and walk out, I noticed a diamond was missing. She took it to look under the magnifier and noticed that not one but two diamonds were missing. She said unfortunately I would need to reorder my size online and wait again for it to come in and I would not be guaranteed the price i paid initially as it was on sale when I purchased the first time. Sorry zales but there will not be a reorder. I'm not sure i trust the quality of the product or the quality control department who checks the orders before they're even shipped.

Our visit was a great experience. The person, Doreen, who assisted us was friendly, kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Because of this we did not need to shop any further and found something that will last for a lifetime.

I urgently needed to buy a piece of jewelry. I called the store 5 times to try and see if they have a specific item in stock. It would have a super easy sale. I literally had the item number. But they did not answer their phone. Not even an option for a voicemail. So I went to Kay jewelers instead.

I stopped in to buy a wedding band for my fiancé on Friday, June 27th, and was met with total hostility. The two staff members were busy with other customers, so I sat down quietly to wait my turn. After about five minutes, a salesperson finally approached—no greeting, no apology for the wait, no offer to help. The first thing out of her mouth was: “You’re not allowed to take photos.”
For the record, I wasn’t taking photos. I was on my phone looking at the exact ring my fiancé and I had picked out together just weeks earlier. And honestly, even if I had been taking a photo, why on earth would that be the first thing you say to someone clearly there to make a purchase?
I walked out without buying anything and will clearly be taking my business elsewhere. What a shame to lose a customer over such unnecessary rudeness.
