“We came in to open a CD and a savings account. We did come in around 5:30pm on a Friday (they close at 6pm) but that was unfortunately the only time that worked for us due to our work schedules and they’re closed on the weekend. Anyways, Dylan was BEYOND helpful and showed a great attitude during the entire transaction and never showed annoyance with our questions or the fact that we didn’t leave till 6:30pm. HOWEVER, the blonde girl with the glasses (didn’t catch her name but i think her name tag said Caitlyn) showed EXTREME dismay and annoyance that we were there. She did not try to hide it or anything.”

“I recently opened a new account, and the experience was both pleasant and professional. My new card didn't arrive when expected, but I knew the reason. I'd moved in the interim, and banks don't allow statements/cards to be forwarded for security reasons. Upon my return to clear up this issue, I was helped by the same person (Debra) who had made opening the account so easy. She made the correction on the computer while I waited. This was after 4 p.m. on a Tuesday. The new card she requested arrived at my new address on Thursday morning. Now THAT is customer service !! One other thing happened during that second visit. When I first arrived, Debra was standing out front consoling a woman who was having a mobility challenge. She acknowledge me and said she'd be right with me. Just then another bank employee arrived with one of the motorized carts available at Walmart and he pulled it right up to that woman. The woman got in and was on her way. What a wonderful act of kindness !!”

They were very patient and kind, I have never done something like this before I am still very young and big things like this for me can be intimidating/scary for the first time, but they were patient with helping and explaining everything through each step. They had to call and sort things out with my loan and I hate having to make extra work for people but they didn’t make me feel like a bother at all! Not sure what issues most of you have had but maybe change your attitude towards them and you could possibly get a better response. In all the years I've banked with them and at this particular bank, ive never had any issues. Don't show up there to handle your business within their closing time, its small branch as most of yall can see but you people expect giant branch outcomes. So who's really the problem here??♂️. Don't like this branch, go to another. There plenty to go to with all your whining and complaining. You know its small so why would you expect so much. Learn to lower your expectations on some things and find another branch to go to.”
