Instead of happily accepting our Donations the Older Lady keep telling us how to pack stuff up for next Donation. How Rude!@ There won't be a Next time. You were very mean and just Tossing things in the Bin even though I mentioned that glass was in there.

They were polite as they helped me unload stuff from my car to drop off. Very easy process - kinda like a drive through
