Rooms are very nice, clean, quiet, and spacious, with suites offering multiple bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a huge bathroom. The hotel features a nice, large pool area surrounded by palm trees for swimming and relaxing. A full hot complimentary breakfast is served each morning with great variety, and fresh coffee is available all day. Additional value includes free parking, free internet, free drink tickets for a nearby beach club, and pet-friendly options. Located within minutes of multiple beaches, it is a highly recommended stay that consistently receives perfect ratings.
We had an experience where our reservation was canceled. Alice was very helpful in getting a price match room at Captain Hirams. She went out of her way to make sure that we were taken care of.

When we got there we were greeted by Jermaine. Jermaine was very friendly and courteous and presented himself very well. The staff in the breakfast room was also very nice and polite and super helpful. I would definitely go back. Clean and friendly service!!! Thank you!

The hotel was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and I had everything i needed. There was a completely breakfast every day but I wish there was more fresh fruit. All the hotel staff were nice and friendly.
