Amazing! Very friendly and fast check in. Room was spotless. Two free drink tickets for a fun little outdoor beach club nearby. Hot breakfast. Definitely a 10 out of 10 for this fantastic stay!! July 15-16, 2024
Rooms: We stayed in the suite with 2 bedrooms. One with a king bed and TV. Thw second room had two queen beds, tv, table and chair. View was of an empty field. Outside of the rooms was a small seating area with a pull out couch, tv, and full kitchen. Nice large closet and a huge bathroom. Room was very nice and clean. Lots of towels and toiletries.

This was a nice, spacious and very clean room to stay in. Very nice pool to swim and relax in, and around. Within 10 minutes from the closest beach, and multiple other beaches to choose from. Pet friendly for an extra price. I enjoyed seeing the multiple types of dogs! All staff here were very friendly and helpful, especially the continental breakfast service.

On Sunday 6/23 the 2 bedroom suite was booked. We enjoyed the kitchen area all of that was nice until we went to bed and I woke up at 3:51am to my wife screaming because she had discovered bed bugs were biting her. Looked under the sheets and I counted 4 of them in one bed! Went downstairs and filed a complaint and we checked out of there by 4:05am. We sent a email to management and have yet to hear from them. I know that options are few in this area but if you can I encourage you to make other arrangements because they lack cleanliness at Best Western Sebastian.

Our first room was on a floor which wreaked with must/mildew, and the carpet was sticky (I don't walk in shoes in my hotel rooms as when I'm home). When I told the front desk, she seemed to know there was a water damage issue so she put us on another floor which still stunk but wasn't as intense. I had 2 small kids with me, plus an infant so I didn't want to deal with the back and forth. I realized the entire hotel is terrible and there's no point to keep changing rooms. Our 2nd room's carpet was also filthy and sticky so I kept my shoes on and made sure the kids did too. I couldn't let my baby crawl. There were dead baby roaches stuck on the wall, right behind our heads at the headboard of the bed. At night when going to the bathroom and turning the lights on, I had to be careful where I was stepping because roaches were scattered all over. I was so skeeved out that I dreaded going back to the hotel at the end of everyday (stayed for 3 nights). There were no other options in the area so I was stuck. I told the front desk and they said they'd speak to someone, but I never heard back from anyone; I even showed her photos from the carpet and bathroom floor of roaches. Absolutely no attempt to compensate in any way and make it right. It was one of the most uncomfortable and disgusting stays I've had. I'll NEVER go back, and will definitely WARN everyone.
The owner says they want to resolve the issue. You can refund me the stay. I'll let you all know if that happens or their customer service is also lacking.

From check-in to departure, our stay was fantastic. Had a power outage on Thursday and power was restored by afternoon (it was caused by squirrel chewing through line on pole.) Rooms were clean and quiet (we stayed in suite.) Full Hot Breakfast was served each morning from 6-9 AM.
Safety: Fire stairwell access on both ends of hallway. Well lit.

Do not pay for a room with extra benefits like a jacuzzi. They do not work and always never have maintenance to help! It is a bait and switch. I will tell everyone never to stay at a Best Western again, as this shows they take your money and don't care about your stay.

I came out here to visit my brother. I booked this place for the friendly price and I am leaving a review for the VALUE. This is a great place to stay on the treasure coast. I loved unwinding in the pool area surrounded by palm trees. My room was very comfortable and I got a great nights sleep each night. I was very pleased with the variety offered for complimentary breakfast and the fresh coffee available all day. Great job ?

Excellent place to stay. It’s clean, central, well equipped and hassle free check in and check out. Full breakfast, free parking, free internet and spacious rooms are a big plus. Definitely will recommend.

Had an excellent stay last night! Room was spacious, clean and comfortable! The pool was clean and well maintained and the lady in the breakfast area was so nice! Pool opened a bit later than stated (also stayed open later but we didnt realize it until too late!) but the 11am checkout still let us get in some morning swim time!

This place doesn't deserve 1 star the room smelled in the shower, there was no water pressure, and no hot water I was freezing! I complained but there was nothing they could do. Absolutely horrible!!! AND I HAD TO PAY FOR THIS!!! I don't blame the staff they only work there I blame the management and the owners.. I should have slept in my car... DO YOU'RE SELF A FAVOR GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!

This is a quiet, clean,and friendly atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast has good choices. Alison and Jessica are great customer service representatives. Thank you for a very pleasant few days.
