“I have never had much luck here neither have my parents. However I wanted to change my mom mom to a newer phone so she had Face ID and it would be easier for her. (I live up north). I spoke with CJ and he was extremely supportive and patient with my mother and I. He helped explain what to do to get my father who recently passed off the count and make my mom the main account. Just a super nice guy, and answered all our questions. He bounce back and forth with trying to help other people as well as us. I’m not sure if he was the manager or not but if he was not he should be. Thank you CJ for having great customer service and explaining everything to us. Tmobile is lucky to have you!”
