“My laptop computer's hinge broke & it looked like the screen was damaged! I couldn't even open it😔 We took it to Bits Computer to see if it could be fixed. Charlie assured us he could fix it! Fours hours later Matt called & said the computer was fixed and to come & get it! The estimate Charlie gave us was right on the money 💰 A very reasonable price! Bits Computer is the place to take your computer repairs to❗”

“I had an issue with an order through the online system, and not only did Tyler refund me for the mishap (item ordered but never came, yet i still had an auto payment taken out) but he also waived my payment that was due today for another item, AND on top of that he asked if i still wanted the tv and said it would be free for today! Tyler really went above and beyond for me, making sure i was nothing less than satisfied. He asked me about three times if I still wanted the tv, he was determined to make sure i got what i had wanted. It’s Christmas so money is tight, and now I don’t have to worry about anything until after Christmas now. Thank you so much Tyler, and George as well for your customer service, I know I was a bit sassy at first.”
