“My experience at this location was excellent. The help at the front desk was superb. Bethany was very thorough in explaining my options and detailed in outlining the steps for collecting a sample. While signing in and waiting my turn, I noticed how patient and kind Bethany was with another customer who was a bit social and lengthy in her stories. :)
My wait time wasn’t very long, maybe it was the time I arrived (about 9 AM).
When I returned to provide a sample, Bethany greeted me again and made the process very swift, clearly informing me of the next steps and when to expect results. I didn’t have much interaction with other employees, but I was greeted by another staff member who was also pleasant. I’m sure these individuals deal with many people every day, and it’s nice to see front desk staff who truly exhibit caring attitudes.”

“Online check in was easy which led to almost no wait time as they were running on schedule and I had an appointment. I checked in in the parking lot and my name was called within 1 min of walking in. Phlebotomist did a great job talking through the steps of blood draw and did a smooth job with the needle.”
