“Scheduling an appointment through the Quest app was quite easy as was checking in when I arrived for the appointment. I arrived 35 minutes before my scheduled appointment time, was called back almost immediately, and testing was completed very efficiently by a friendly, competent tech.”
“I absolutely love this office. Every time I have been there, I have received kind, courteous, and professional care.
I have also noticed, while checking in and out, that the staff sometimes has to deal with patients who are not especially kind or patient with them. Considering what they likely handle all day, every day, the fact that they continue to be pleasant and helpful says a lot.
I had been going there for thyroid monitoring, but sadly just found out recently I am not able to continue right now because my insurance changed to an HMO that does not seem to be accepted by anyone in this county. As soon as open enrollment comes around, I will definitely be looking for a plan that this office accepts.
I have seen Tori and Dr. Graham for a few years now, and they have both been wonderful. Five stars all the way, every visit.”

“I thought i was going somewhere else ,I first went where gps guided me was a quest just 5 min from Walmart .Not a fan of Walmart so I will not schedule that again. The Staff was nice a bit behind on appointments but understaffed.And there where several walkins I was taken care of. and painless blood draw.”
