“Kenny and Ron were both very helpful. Ron helped me get a uhaul and trailer for a 5 1/2 trip to tallahassee. He took the time to help me get the trip set up in a way where i could make the trip and have time to rest and unload after i reached my destination. Both Kenny and Ron listened, and Ron knew where i was moving to, and he took the time to guide me, and i am deeply grateful.... (smile) -. John”

“U-Haul-related. While my reservation confirmation made online was completely wrong (and incredibly inconvenient/frustrating) and this location doesn’t even offer the selected trailer nor were there any nearby, the girls at the front desk put up with me very well, and the manager that eventually came out was empathetic. Well done customer service under pressure.”
