“I bought a used Honda Fit 2009 that was having a terrible racket from the right front suspension -- was determined to be defective strut. I found that Jim's had the part but I live in MS so shipping cost would be high. But Jason (person I talked with) recommended another salvage yard closer to me in MS and that turned out to have exactly what I needed and much closer as well. I phoned Jason to thank him but told him I'd post my impression at the web site which is what this is. Very nice people there, I would have had no issues buying from them had they been closer to me. “In from Indiana for the Winter and needed service on my Yukon AT4. Took it to Alan Jay because of the reviews I'd read. So glad I did. Worked with Service Advisor Jesus. He talked to me about how we use the vehicle and then went through a list of suggested services. He steered me away from those services not needed based on how the vehicle is driven. We agreed on what was to be done and he let me know how long it would be. He kept me updated and things went smoothly. Will definitely be back.”

“Met with Crenshaw Collison Repair on February 12th, 2025 to have my 2021 Nissan Rogue inspected after I was involved in a multiple car collision. Both my front and rear of car were damaged. I live in Illinois and wanted to make sure car roadworthy to drive from Sebring Florida to home… 14 hour trip. My repairs were intended to be completed in Illinois where I live. They were very nice to deal with and went above and beyond to make sure car was sound to drive that distance. I would highly recommend them for auto body work based on my experience. If I lived in the Sebring area they would be my choice for auto repair. Thank you”

After having a horrible experience with a body shop (small fender bender during snow squall) in Albany, New York the week before I drove down to visit family in Sebring and my NEW Jeep Grand Cherokee overheats. GEICO refers me to Aires(thank God) and immediately the owner sees every imperfection from the previous shop. The work that was reported to be done, charged for, however, not done. They called me to update me and the progress, helped me with the insurance company, and was a very pleasant experience considering my situation.They are very knowledgeable, trustworthy, honest, and fair. It was nice to finally not have to worry about my car or getting back to New York safely. Good Job guys Thank you ❤️❤️”
