The convenience of parking right up front, 24/7 access, free weights, and reasonable pricing make it a good choice for early workouts. Equipment is generally top‑of‑the‑line, though some motion feels off and the tanning bed was removed for a fit3D scanner. The front desk is often used as a hangout spot, which can be uncomfortable. Overall, it’s a great gym with friendly staff and a clean facility. Members enjoy the friendly staff and the clean environment, and the gym’s 24/7 schedule allows early workouts before work. Definitely the best gym i’ve been to. Awesome layout, lots of nice equipment, plenty of weights, maintained very well, sauna gets hot fast, and great staff/ atmosphere. Have been to many commercial gyms, and this spot blows them out of the water!

Equipment quality and quantity are great. Staff is friendly and helpful. Always neat and clean with sanitizing solution and wipes always available. Music is good as well!

I got a weekly pass here, while in town for the 12 Hours of Sebring. Very clean, very organized, and modern. Equipment all in good shape. Love the motivational prints on all the walls. Will definitely be back each year
