“I would highly recommend VIP Fitness Center, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, it is like no other gym I have been a part of. V gives amazing one on one attention and pushes you to be better. I love that the mindset there is not about being skinny, its about being healthier both mentally and physically. V's knowledge of the body and training is amazing, I am so grateful I have finally gotten back into the gym after 6 years, working with someone that truly cares about me as a person not just another customer number.”

“My fiancé and I are powerlifters and we were in town for a week. Patrick’s gym was recommended and I can definitely see why! It has everything and then some. He made it easy for us to get a pass for the week and go in at any time. The vibe is amazing here and I wish we could take this gym with us once we leave. Cannot recommend them enough!!”

“Clark air did a great job with our A/C. We needed a whole new unit and they got us financed even though our credit wasn’t the greatest. They were fast, friendly and courteous and had us cooling in less than 2 hours. They cleaned up after themselves and even hauled away the old unit. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fair price and friendly service.”

“Great facility to workout! The owner/trainer, Lisa, is very knowledgeable and the atmosphere is so encouraging! I have to modify some of my workouts due to having had 3 lower back surgeries, but that is what I find to be so amazing about CrossFit Sebring; everything can be scaled to your own fitness level!! The family that you gain is a bonus, also!! I would highly recommend anyone wanting to start their fitness journey or to just try something new and fun and break up your old routine, to give CrossFit Sebring a shot!”

“Great place to work out. They have basically all the equipment you need and they have duplicates of most machines as well as duplicates of dumbbells as well as a good amount of stations when it comes to cables and lap pull-down machines and things like that. The place is really big and has a lot of equipment for the amount of people that are there at least during off-season times.I have yet to be there during the November to March winter season where I'm told a lot more people are in town as snowbirds but so far as of October the place never has a lot of people in it which is really good. Also, they don't play annoying music and they don't play the music too loud. I've been to many gyms that blast music at extremely high volume and it make it even worse it's horrible music. I've been to gyms that blast music that has extreme levels of profanity in it and they're pumping it at volume that you can barely hear yourself talking as if you're in a dance club. I think playing music that has profanity in it At a gym is extremely stupid because only a few people like music with f-bombs and singing about pimping women and drug dealing. I'm in the gyms that pump music at extreme levels where the music is hip hop rap and they're talking about murdering people. I'm glad this gym doesn't do that cuz that's horrible stuff.I find the people that work out there to be exceptionally friendly as well. I don't know why that is cuz most gyms are actually not like that but literally the first 3 weeks I've been there people have come up to me and just had small talk or give me fist bumps as if like I'm famous or something which is funny. But that's just the testament I think to this town being really friendly but what surprising is that if there's any place in a friendly town that will have people that might not be as friendly as the rest of the town it would be a gym because that's where you're going to get some attitudes from people who think they're cooler than others but that's not the case in this gym at all so I don't know what it is about this gym that produces very friendly members. I think it's got to be the town cuz I don't really understand how the management could have any part in that. The only downsides to this gym and why I gave it 4 out of 5 stars instead of 5 is that there's a trainer there that is obsessed with being the home monitor of the place. This is the kind of individual that if The gym has 10 rules or 20 rules then this guy will have memorized them in the first two days of working there and he'll not just enforce them but he'll constantly be on a conscious look for anyone breaking these rules so that he can walk up to them and tell them that they need to leave the gym for whatever rule they broke. And like I said he's the hall monitor type because he doesn't just warn people and tell them not to do again He literally tells him they have to go home. For instance, I didn't know the gym has a no flip flop policy which to me I find kind of absurd because if you're going to drop a weight on your foot it's going to get pretty badly damaged no matter if you're wearing flip-flops or running shoes but whatever if it's a rule that's okay but I find it ridiculous that this trainer literally walked up to me to tell me about the rule and then told me I can no longer work out there and waited until I left the gym. He literally saw me out of the gym and it's not like I said anything back to him or was angry at all yet he still did nothing but see me out of the gym. That's taking the whole rule thing to another level where you just like power. That's a guy that gets any semblance of power and it goes to his head immediately and he has to enforce it because this power that he gets defines him. So I drove 25 minutes away to go work out and before I could do one set I got this guy on me telling me I got to leave and that's what I had to do. I”

“Stopped in a couple of times with my cousin to do our annual end of the year workout (he and I don't live locally). Although, there were many people there today the machines weren't overcrowded. Great selection of weight training machines and apparatuses for both beginners and more advanced exercisers. The machines were in good condition with spray bottles and microfiber towels available for cleaning them off. I think disposable wipes are more hygienic but I understand the need for economy. They have smoothies which I haven't tried yet and a photo room complete with soft boxes and a tripod. My cousin and I had a lot of fun taking photos. Great way to motivate and celebrate your fitness journey. This is the only gym I've ever been in that had this feature. What a creative draw.”
