Horrifying to see the writing on the wall in the last 5 years with T-Mobile come to fruition in MetroPCS. It's not the store employees faults however this particular store owner the lack of quality and stock is mind-blowing how he even pays the rent and keeps the store open. The new Force policy to go to one of their plans on flex pay when upgrading your phone is absolutely discrimination at best. This forced consumer bump to flex pay is disgusting. Not being able to bring your own handset unlocked from Amazon in and getting it hooked up without going to a bigger money plan is outrageously grotesque! If I could give them zero ⭐ I would . How dare you have a company policy that has people grandfathered in on disability to the Care act and you will not honor it anymore. But yet if we keep our old broken handsets you'll take our money every month and yet that's okay. The worst of the worst and patriot mobile here I come. And I've been with Metro since they open their doors when they had ONLY 3 counties of coverage! That's alot of decades with one phone company. Now you can go punt

Jason was great. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped us save money. I would give him 5 stars any day. Last month my husband dealt with a lady who works in the same store. She could have gotten his old phone working in one minute by just holding the power button for about 15 seconds. Instead she upsold him to an expensive new phone.

My phone was not working, and Jordan was a life saver. I have a family emergency and I can't be without phone. He helped me to transfer photos and contacts. He was awesome and customer service is awesome!

The employee was very helpful and on top of things. She helped me out a lot and gave me the best rate she could. So for the employee she gets a 5 out of 5 but as far as the store they were out of a lot of items she actually had to grab a phone from the back that I purchased because none were displayed. Also apparently they only allow one employee to work at a time to run the whole store. Thats why I give them 3 stars because ppl were walking out because of the wait time that could all be avoided if there was one more employee.

I am ALWAYS Impressed with the Knowledge the Sales Associates provide for me! I have had interactions with at least 3 people in my short time of moving here and never walk away unhappy! I've gotten cellphone plan alterations, added home internet, and had help adding a new plan to my existing services all with the help of these GREAT People! The staff hired is Exceptional! Thank You so much!
