The employee was very helpful and on top of things. She helped me out a lot and gave me the best rate she could. So for the employee she gets a 5 out of 5 but as far as the store they were out of a lot of items she actually had to grab a phone from the back that I purchased because none were displayed. Also apparently they only allow one employee to work at a time to run the whole store. Thats why I give them 3 stars because ppl were walking out because of the wait time that could all be avoided if there was one more employee.

I am ALWAYS Impressed with the Knowledge the Sales Associates provide for me! I have had interactions with at least 3 people in my short time of moving here and never walk away unhappy! I've gotten cellphone plan alterations, added home internet, and had help adding a new plan to my existing services all with the help of these GREAT People! The staff hired is Exceptional! Thank You so much!

I have never received bad customer service since the 1 year I have been leaving. Today I walked in after a long day at work with my three children think I was going to get the help I needed for my youngest daughter and that didn’t happen one of team member ABBY was disrespectful telling me I’m unprepared because the phone was dead which yes I forgot to charge the night before but they have plenty of chargers to help me get that phone on and quickly get it transfer to another phone but she didn’t want to work or help me. When I head her say of course un prepared I said what did you say? And she stayed nothing but I heard what she said and repeated it myself and asked why are you being rude for in my Puerto Rican loud voice and she tan kicked me out the store and called the police me on me and now I’m not allowed back in the store if you go to this store do not get hep from Abby.

I want to thank the customer service provided by Juan. He went over and beyond to help me fix my phone capacity. I've been having trouble for more than a week. I went to Avon Park store and they didn't help. I bought a memory card as recommended by metro in Avon Park and needed help to understand the procedure to storage and clean the files. Luckily I went to Sebring store and Juan helped me . Thank you so much I've been a customer for 4 years and never missed a payment. Today I felt he wanted to help

The female that works there at first was very helpful, when I came back later that afternoon to solve the problem that I had she said that I was rude to ask for her to help me again! Being rude to customers is very unprofessional.

Soo many problems from the very beginning. It would take too much time to even list them all. And I can't even use my metro app. Wentthere yesterday and the employee supposedly fixed the things having to do with the towers(??) and that it had nothing to do with the phone.
