“This specific branch right here. Let me tell you. I love Verizon and have been a proud carrier for over 21 years, that being stated, I needed to visit a branch today and I had 2 options in the highlands area and this location was where the Lord led me to to get the help I very much needed. There was a man there, who helped me, he helped me get my phone number back and I'm forever grateful ?? I got to see my dad because of that man. His help today getting my phone number back was bigger than my heart could imagine. Truly, I know it's just a business but if you're in the area, in highlands county, I'd go here...
Update on my review, I had to go back into this very location yesterday and the angel of a human (the man I mentioned) helped me once again! His name is Anderson Roman! He's knowledgeable and very polite in every way. If you're in a pinch of a situation like myself, he is the one to go to, he knows Verizon and it's products. Thanks again!”

“They gave me a follow up call for an appointment, greeted me when I came in, told me how long it would take. When it was fixed they brought to my car. Very nice people. Good experience.”
