The employee here asked about what I needed for my Shorkie named Bella and what kind of food I was feeding her and what kind of treats she had. I told her about Bella liking to bite everything and she made great recommendations for items to purchase and treats that would keep her busy and not eating my furniture. This store is truly awesome and I was so happy to walk in and make those purchases. Bella had a blast with everything.

1704 US Hwy 27 North, SebringI just moved here 7 months ago, and this Petco is always extremely helpful and very nice staff. But I will say the store could use a cleaning. Under the shelves seems to be where the trash gets swept to. And this you can visually see upon walking in the store. And the spider webs under the shelves have been there a very longggg time. If that would address the cleanliness that you can see by just walking around this store would be perfect! I do understand it’s a pet store, but this particular day it was way too much! Also the A/c could work a lot better n there for being in Florida.

She is an AKC registered Maltese and I was so worried she would be “chopped”. Her hair is beautiful and wanted to keep it. I was truly impressed with the full groom today. The ladies are humble, knowledgeable in these types of breeds. I will definitely go back. At the end, I was even given pointers to assist the style I am going for as I sometimes get impatient before groom time.

My mini schnauzer is always happy when I take her for some loving and grooming. I am always happy when I pick up a perfectly groomed pup - at a very reasonable price, I must add. It's a win-win for Minnie and me.
I also can't say enough about Mrs. Ann's love for animals, knowledge, and skill level. I am so relieved to know she is sharing her 50+ years of grooming experience with her apprentice Taragayle.
Bottom line, if you are looking for a no-nonsense, outstanding groomer who will shower your furry pal with love, I highly recommend that you make an appointment and see for yourself how wonderful Mrs. Ann is. (Just don't take my Minnie Moo's appointment time. ???)

He is now 15 years old and still doing wonderful. I cannot say enough about the whole staff and Dr. O'Sullivan on the kindness, caring and compassion they give. Update: My precious boy is now 16 years old, and doing great!

We play a game where we count how many paws she has off the ground in the pictures they post online. It ranges from 2 paws off the ground to all 4 🤣
My older dog enjoys it too! They give him a more relaxed setting than the big group of play and he really enjoys that one on one attention from them. I know my dogs are always safe and happy here!

The food is really good, the prices are very good. Its a very welcoming and safe place with diversity among the guests and a great vibe. They also have live music - the guy Jake is the best packs out the house.

The array of flavors made it difficult to choose, but we were offered a taste to help make our decisions. The seasonal pumpkin spice was especially yummy, and the portions were generous. (A kiddie scoop was as large as a regular scoop at some other ice cream shops.) After much deliberation, we also purchased a 4-pack of sodas which we are anxious to try!
