Possibly the worst customer experience, this time. I waited in line for several minutes just to get change for a $20, there were four people behind the counter, two were busy & 2 were not. None of them acknowledged me and so I left. I will get better customer service and change at Publix. eMail sent.

Went in to setup a new account. Crystal took care of me. She was very knowledgeable about all of their services and was a great guide in setting me up for success. Really appreciated the time she took for me. Was super friendly, as were all the staff at the branch I came in contact with. Very much recommend!

Stopped in to the branch because I was not able to enroll into the mobile banking app. Had two different people ask me if I was being waited on yet. Crystal Godin was very helpful and patient, she had to call customer service twice and she resolved my problem. Keep up the good work!!
