Stopped in to the branch because I was not able to enroll into the mobile banking app. Had two different people ask me if I was being waited on yet. Crystal Godin was very helpful and patient, she had to call customer service twice and she resolved my problem. Keep up the good work!!

I have had good luck IN PERSON here, but one can never get through on the phone, and finally someone in the Phillipines answers. I just needed a document signed. I really didn't need to tie anyone up for more than about 5 minutes, but the website tried to make an appointment 1 week out. I'm going to try to go IN PERSON and see what happens. wish me luck!

Came in to get Divorce papers notarized. Lady at the desk said lobby was full come back another day.Really? I have my money in this bank and I can't get Divorce papers notarized a free service to the customer because the lobby was full. I'm a truck driver and I'm home 4 days a month. I don't have time to come back another day.I was going to open a business account but with how I was treated when I wanted to get a form notarized, that's not going to happen.I guess I'll open accounts at Bank of America maybe they will treat me better.

I've dealt with this branch twice. First was two years ago when a $5000 deposit was lost for 3 days. Second, was today with the "Business Manager" who is apparently the "expert" on business documents for not only Florida, but the whole country and for all banks. this after receiving a phone call confirming an appointment time change followed by an email with the WRONG appointment time and then another phone call about the documents I was bringing. So, 30+ relationship with Wells Fargo OVER.

No one wants to work anymore. Some rather large Hispanic woman in the drive through was just talking on her phone and decided to just ignore customers.

Waited 2 hours just to reprint my debit card and there was only 1 other person in the waiting room. The one bank lady was very rude and disrespectful. Worst bank I've been too, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Unless you want to waste your time.

This is without a doubt the best bank in Sebring Florida. Some mistakes that they made they owned up to right away and I had never heard of a bank that ever admitted making a mistake. The people there are friendly they know your name they call you by name it's just at the greatest Bank

I just called to see if they can verify a check that one of our new customer gave us, if there was enough funds to cover the check. The banker was rude and transfer the call without letting me finish my sentence. We are all busy and Sebring is increasing in population. This is no excuse to be rude. Need to train them with common sense. My bank (MidFlorida Credit Union)is wonderful. Their staff are polite even when their busy. They are like family. So glad I don't have this bank.

My second attempt to get my banking done, this time in Sebring. Two visits. The first one only took 20 minutes until I was seen by a banker, the second one took 45 minutes. If you can make an appointment, I would recommend that you do so. Plenty of parking and lots of drive through lanes including one with an ATM.
