“I was at my local Tractor Supply Co in Seffner and was waiting for the dog wash station. When the couple with their two husky’s were done, my daughter and I went in the room and what a massive mess they left on the floor and clogged both tubs. I walked out of the room and found Oksana and asked for gloves so I could clean up one of the tubs so we could wash our dog. She said give her a min, came in the room and started cleaning everything for us. I told her thank you and I would’ve done it but she insisted to do it herself. Once she cleaned everything up for us we were able to wash our dog and she just kept on cleaning the other side. Hats off to Oksana for her terrific customer service.”

“Good experience. One of the young managers came out and helped me figure out my needs to complete a DIY project. He wasn't pushy and didn't rush me. Very professional young man. Even told me to research it on the internet to sure, whichbis a very honest thing to say.”

“Yes, they are more expensive than their big box competitors on most things, but the experience is night and day. I didn’t make it 20 ft in the store and I had 4 people greet me and ask me if I needed help with anything. In 2026 that is literally almost gone. And shocker, they could actually answer questions and give good suggestions. What a pleasure. Please don’t sell out to private equity and lay everyone off.”

“I called the store after I googled nearest hardware store that fixes screen windows. Hailey was very professional over the phone and told me to stop by the next day because the lady in charge of the screens was off. Also Hailey informed me to bring the window frames which I would not have known if she didn’t tell bc it made things very easy. When I stopped by the store, I met with Traylee and she was very professional and greeted me with a nice smile. I didn’t know much about screen windows so Traylee guided me and gave me helpful tips for a better product. I was really impressed and I appreciated her time, help and kindness. I will always use this store from now on”

I worked with Devin who obviously cares about what he does as he spent time with the customer before me and me right after discussing options, getting to know what the needs are and ultimately hooking it up and making a awesome experience. 11/10 will be back. No more tool trucks haha”

“Coffee bar is better than other distribution centers. Front end also works the back end and pull orders for you for some reason, so you can wait in an empty lobby for upwards of 10 minutes before you can place an order, making service slower than average”
