“I could not recommend McAuley’s enough! My husband worked with Pam for my engagement ring with a very short timeframe (like days) and they went above and beyond. The entire team is so knowledgeable and trustworthy, they truly treat each customer as if they are family. I went in a few days before my wedding to see if they could polish my Nana’s 70+ year old band before the wedding, not knowing this isn’t a quick walk in repair. They checked with the jeweler who said he’d take care of it on the spot and free of charge. It was such a kind gesture, especially just days out from our wedding.
