The ring is old and had a lot of scratches (patina!) but it looked brand new when I got back. “I sent my 21 year old son there to have his chain repaired that belonged to his late dad. Other places told him it would cost over $100 for a gold clasp. When he arrived, they told him the similar story but that if they were able to just tighten it, then there’s no charge. Well, all it needed was a little tightening! And he is so happy. I’m so glad McAuley didn’t try to take advantage of him because he’s young. Kudos to you! I’ll be by to get my watch battery replaced soon. I only trust this place.”
