“As soon as I get my hen house repaired, I'm heading back to Smelt's for some chickies. (Last year's hurricane dropped a tree on mine. No chickens were harmed.) I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't get plain phosphate and greensand to blend my own plant food, but I got a very nice straw broom and some organic seeds. It's a nice place, very airy and open. Good prices and great people.”

“This was my second halter, this time for a new pup. Order was placed and shipped with customized name badges and got shipped quickly. The price is a bit higher than other products but I believe the construction and customer service, along with ability to customize made it worth the difference. Harness has reflectivity and is built to keep pooch safely contained without chocking.”

“I was referred by a family member and they did NOT disappoint.
I have a 7 month old Goldendoodle who is allergic to literally everything. After month of diarrhea and having to take her out all hours of the night, I was exhausted. No help from the vet. Just antibiotics and a $200 bill.
I ordered an intolerance test and took it to Kim’s. I can’t remember the other lady who helps run the place.. but she spent 30 minutes looking over my pups test and going through ingredients in her store. I was floored!! And couldn’t believe the service.. the actual desire to help.. and then kindness she showed.
Most of all.. her recommendation worked!!! My pup is diarrhea free (thank goodness).
I am so thankful that I found Kim’s and I appreciate the willingness to help me in my most desperate time of need.. very sleep deprived 😅”

“I went here on 5/3 to find a lid for my fish tank I purchased. I live in Lakeland and the Petco there did not have the lid for the Imagitarium tank. I went to the Brandon one and they did not have the one I was originally looking for but found the plastic one with the light. Tyler helped me looked and not only did he help me he looked online at what the cost was and it was 10 dollars cheaper. So he took the 10 dollars off. This is great customer service and highly recommend him if you need help finding anything ?”

It's heartbreaking that I give my pups so much LOVE, and here are dogs looking for a home. If you are a PET LOVER, adopt a pup, my next pup will be adopted.”
“Excellent DC! A bit small but there is room to maneuver. About 6 spots for overnight parking. Theyre by appointment but get you in and out PRONTO, and they let you use their bathrooms! I can not complain and will gladly come back!”
“I brought my dogs in for a much-needed nail trim, and the experience was great from start to finish. They were able to accommodate us without an appointment, which I really appreciated. The groomer was friendly and confident, assuring me he could handle my dogs even with one being a bit nippy. He did an excellent job, and the service was quick and efficient. I had some concerns about the nail length, and they kindly recommended more frequent trims and filing to gradually get them shorter. Overall, I was very pleased with the care and service we received.”
“I've been visiting the one in Ruskin for several years, The one in Bloomingdale is a less crowded store but they do have some good hospitality. I appreciate them a lot. They can use some help when it comes to having a variety of reptiles, they asked me about my Blue Tongue Skink and I happily have them as much info as I could. The company should provide some form of learning form or training like Pet Supplies Plus does.”
“I always shop at PetSmart for my fur baby Cheetah, and they never disappoint. This is where I get all of her food — especially her favorite, Blue Buffalo — and they always have it in stock.
As a pet parent, that consistency means everything. I never have to worry about running around town trying to find her food. The store is organized, clean, and easy to shop, and the staff is always helpful when I have questions.
